Excellent work! I had to call them after-hours at around 1 AM because our basement was flooding and all other services didn't even pick up the call. Mark was on the phone. He seemed tired but managed to send one of his specialists within two hours. He found the leak and repaired it. He also fixed the sump pump to get the water out. I can't thank them enough.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Had a problem with our sewer line. Camera inspection found that we had two sections of our sewer line that were bellied causing us to have to snake the line every 2-3 months. I had a few contractors come, but Louis said, I have a plan and explained it all. A few weeks later, the crew came and installed a new sewer line all the way to my curb as well as install a sewer pit so I could still have a basement toilet and shower. They re-routed my sump pump line as well. They all worked VERY hard, but were never rushed. 100% professional all the way and they earn every single penny. I hope no one every has sewer issues, but if you do...Speedy Sewer and Drain is your go-to with no reservation. Everything is working great!! I'm very thankful for a business owner and team that CARED through the entire job.

Called because pilot light wouldn't stay on. Technician arrived on-time. I said to be careful with a wire that I knew was loose and he immediately yanked on it and broke it. Then said 'he couldn't fix it'. He never even tried to light the pilot light. This was all in the span of about 30 seconds.

I called the dispatcher and he agreed to waive the $75 service fee.

And then the guy started to get a bit scary. He was leering at me, and pretended not to know which door was out. And then hung around for a few seconds more starting at me. Facing into the room, while I was pointing at the door behind him. I was about to call 911.

They are very rude and inconsiderate of people and their time and appointments. Not punctual at all, and they don't respect their appointments. I had an appointment set for 9 in the morning, and I missed work, only for them to never show up at all. Terrible service.

Really bad driver, tailgates and speeds. Should be more careful and observe the local laws.

i used these guys before. they came in did the work without discussing the price then charged me an almost $1000 i was not happy or even pleased with the work at all.
