We have used them several times to install a DW and microwave at one house we owned and also fix bad outlet at another house. Both times were fantastic with the electrician being professional and providing the highest quality work. We will call them again for future electrical needs.

My AC upstairs went out. I called Ken and his AC team came out immediately to help me out. They replaced my handler upstairs and the unit outside. They had my upstairs cooling in no time! I am completely satisfied with their work! They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions! I will definitely use them again, as it looks like my other unit is shot now. Thank you guys!!!

I have used John-Micheal, Chris and James several times over the years for electrical and HVAC issues for myself and my customers. The nice thing about them is they are very responsive, and are always trying to figure out your best alternative, not necessarily just sell a new system. Since they are Mechanical and Electrical contractors they can handle a broad array of situations which helps the projects run smoothly and on time. I have only used them for residential projects, but I understand that they can handle large commercial and governmental type situations with ease. Scheduled an estimate, after waiting 40-minutes I called them to check on their status. They then gave me the number for their guy who was coming. So I called him up only to find out that he wasn't able to make it.

The lack of showing up and caring to follow up just let me know that my time is clearly not of value to them whatsoever.

Supposed to have good reputation. I spoke with OWNER and and needed his help. Owner said he would come, set appt and never showed. I took off work, he never called and wouldn't return my call.
