Weston and Carlos were very thorough in explaining the situation and what would need to be done every step of the way. They were very professional and polite. I like how they send you pics and videos through email of their findings.

Horrible service. Let me start off saying that McLaughlin was a family go to provider. However, after scheduling a repair with them, taking time off work to accommodate the technician, they (Misty) cancelled the appointment without telling me. I found out when I called a second time that day at 4:50pm. To further complicate the situation, they transferred me to Dave, the parts guy. He apologized for not contacting me sooner because he was so busy. He had two weeks to call me. He also recommended to replace a $6k AC unit they installed 7 years ago. Pass!!

We had a leaky faucet for days, the water puddled the entire kitchen. e&g plumbing quickly resolved the problem at a better price than all the other companies we called!

Charged me 200.00 for a thirty dollar part. When i inquired the owner was rude and stated just because you see a part online it doesnt mean its really that cheap. I would NEVER recommend any one use their services!

I live in a 2 story house and I discovered a wet spot on my living room ceiling about a week ago..So I figured I had a water leak coming from my master bathroom that is above my living room..So I called a plumber to come out..when he showed up he was ruin to begin with..then without even doing an inspection on my water spot he quoted me a ridiculous prices..I was like No Thanks!! And he left my house. So I came across LM Plumbing online and gave them a call. Oh thank goodness for Luis! I called him and told him my problem. He came right out..then he cut into my ceiling to inspect the situation..Then he tells me that it is actually a drain leak..and where the problem was located it wasn't an easy fit but he said he could do it..but he said he would have to go get the proper parts to fit it..So he gave me a very fair quote..then he returned the next day on time..He got the job done quickly and was it was done very professionally..Then he cleaned up his mess when he was through..Luis was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't of asked for a better job then what Luis gave me. So if your needing a great plumber to fix your problem Luis is the man!! I highly recommend him! 5 stars!! 😎

Justin and Carlos have work very hard to get the repairs done on my one unit. Staying after Mitsubishi to supply the material needed to finish the job. Great work guys. The installation crew was just as professional and did great work also
