This company performed a plumbing work on my condo unit on 04/13/2022. A simple job of unclogging the drain in my sink. The plumber had to run 75ft of snake from my sink pipe and through the HOA main pipe. The plumber was not able to take the snake down to the HOA main pipe and ended up entering straight forward to my neighbor's sink pipe (the unit in front of mine) and breaking his P trap, which caused his kitchen and part of his living room to fill with sewage. Besides that, the water that came out of the drain in my neighbor's unit ended leaking into the unit below him and damaging his ceiling with sewage. The company denied responsibility and did not repair any damage.

First I want to say a BIG Thank You to the woman who returned my call after 7pm on the Sunday evening before Labor Day. And also to Ian and Joseph for the great job that they did!! With out a doubt this is the best service I have every received. Let me explain. I received a call from my Sister (who lives with my 91 yr old mom) around 6 pm that Sunday evening saying that there was a loud noise that came from the AC outside and it started to get extremely warm inside (over 105 outside). After looking on Angi. I called a couple of referred contractor made calls and only one called me back but couldn't schedule an appointment until Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. I found 5 Star on Google, which had more than 300 great reviews, and said they were open 24/7. I called and left a msg as well as an online msg and received a call back within 15 min or so. I explained my sister and mom's situation and she had an appointment scheduled for first thing in the morning on Labor Day. The next morning I received a text msg letting me know that Ian was on his way over. Within about 30 minutes, I received a call from Ian explaining the situation. Letting me know that the current unit was approx 30 yrs old and that it, along with the Heat Exchange unit, would also need to be replaced. Within approx 15 mins we had loan approval. Because of the heat situation, I requested that they start right away. Without blinking an eye, Ian made a few calls and then made some adjustments to his schedule to start the project to replace immediately. They took the old unit out on Monday and worked tirelessly (over 12 hours on Tuesday with hardly any breaks, according to my Sister) to get everything completed by Tuesday Evening. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with this company. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their services!! THANK YOU!!

Highly recommended. I had an emergency at one of my Airbnb properties and I had guest arriving the following morning. I reached out at 11p and Tameka responded by 11:20p; I had a confirmation within 10mins. She was communicative and extremely prompt. I needed services between 7-9a the following day and she made it happen. Dustin arrived by 7:45a and completed the job by 9a. He was friendly and efficient. They have a customer for life in me. My wife and I recently purchased a new home, there was a link in the upstairs restroom. I contacted Active Plumbing and they sent a crew out right away to assess the problem. They determined the job and got straight to work. about 3 hours later the technicians were finished and gave me a reasonable yet fair total for the job. This company is honest, fast, reliable, quick, efficient, knowledgeable and they were also clean; being mindful of the other projects we had going on. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
