I'm from a very small town back East and, all of our electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, etc. service and repair work is done by family and friends (most of who we can trust:) ) But, I never expected to find anything close to that in San Diego . That's until I was lucky enough to find Tim at Mission Electric. If you've been burned in the past (like I have) there's absolutely no reason to call anyone other that Tim. He's prompt, polite, professional and goes the extra mile to help you in an emergency situation. This guy is definitely 5 stars plus and no, he's not my cousin!

I reached out for some electrical help that I needed done ASAP. I needed an outdoor outlet replaced on a short notice and they were able to accommodate me within that short window of time. The electrician was prompt, professional and friendly. Never received the electric generator we ordered. Ace sent an email stating it was out of stock and another due in 2 weeks. Then immediately got shipping confirmation. Generator did not come. We emailed seller. They would not rreply.Called Amazon to investigate. They said Ace would not reply to their emails and phone #s listed did not work.Not sure what happened. Never had this happen with Amazon dealers. Amazon is filing a fraud case against them.

Patrick has done work in our neighborhood and gotten a good review by our residents so I called him for an estimate. He showed me various options for the work I needed as well as what was feasible and not from my list. We set up an appointment for the work and he returned a few days later to expertly tackle all the issues we'd agreed on. He did a great job at a reasonable price and was thorough leaving no mess behind.

Chris has been such a great resource over the last dozen years that he’s been helping with my various projects and problems. Always upbeat and efficient. He even spotted a plumbing issue while installing garage lighting that could have been a disaster for our house. You can’t go wrong by calling Chris.

I wanted a ceiling fan moved from my office to the living room. Eden went above and beyond -- he had to go into the attic, which had a lot of very old, loose insulation to hook up the wiring and cut a hole in the ceiling. He was so polite and professional. It was getting late and I'm sure it was past his time to go home, so I told him he didn't have to worry about cleaning up the floor, but he insisted on leaving everything cleaned up. A+++. He texted ahead to let me know what time he'd be there, was on time, diagnosed, fixed and checked that the fix worked correctly in record time. Derek was very professional, easy to work with, easy to schedule, provided great communication, and was easy to contact via phone and text. His team was just as amazing as he was. They provided an amazing service with professional and experienced suggestions. I came in with an idea and they helped me fill in the blanks as they identified pitfalls and solutions to the issues I had. The amazing work and attention to detail was greatly appreciated as they wore masks and booties at the height of the pandemic and still provided great customer service as they gave me a 30 minute warning prior to arrival as I asked. The system has been very reliable ever since the set up. They routed the wires in a very impressive way that did very minimal damage to the walls which was repaired by my repair man (they do not offer this service). I could not ask for a better company and group of people.Overall, if you want amazing work, attention to detail, efficient and smart electrical advice, great customer service, and reliable service then I would recommend Derek and his team. I am looking forward to their help with electrical improvements and fixes in the future.
