I'm pretty much a Karen. I'll admit it right there. But this place is nice and I can't complain!
This institution is not what they advertise.very rude from the staff to the instructors on there website they offer to help veterans thru the helmets to hard hats program but that is false.I have talked to a few veterans that say the same about this apprenticeship programThey don’t care about you or any individual good luckBecause you will not get treated with respect in this facility.

For people wishing to become Electrician Apprentices you have to go here.
They will have you fill out an application but you must have a *Sealed* transcript of your high school diploma and stop by from 2-4pm on every Wednesday. Go up the stairs to the Office and apply in there.

They just informed me that they only accept 15 to 20 people, so good luck. They also couldn’t give me a tentative timeline on anything after I applied and kept telling me different dates for the interview process. This caused me to lose the apartment I was on the waiting list for since I’m depending on GI Bill benefits to cover rent.
very nice facility. Taking a safety class to continue my education as an electrician and was impressed with this local training facility.
This is the school for IBEW Local 569. Apprentice and journeyman classes are taught here. There is a lot of great training to be had.

Interested in the electrical vocational trade? This is a great way in. You will have to pay for books and enter the apprentice program with union local 569. Training, similar to night school at a community college, is free. Study four nights a week, pull wires every day.
This place of learning helped me get a career in the Electrical industry as a Journeyman Electrician. My life has been transformed by the learning I got here!

Welding is offered at the San Diego Electrical Training Center for all Union Electrical Workers. This was such a fun course. Mr Gene is very patient and has a great sense of humor! Just absolutely enjoyed my time in his class and I learned a lot!
