We used Urban Energy Electricians for a small circuit rewiring in our basement. They had a cancellation so were able to get us down in the Outer Sunset in the next day which was a massive bonus.

They were on time and got the work done to the standard I expected and with a great price to boot. Definitely my go to electrical contractor for future work.

Electrical Land came to our rescue when we had a wiring nightmare at home. Their knowledgeable electricians quickly identified the problem and skillfully resolved it. John Peters is a responsive, competent electrician. Brookline Electric worked on three of our small apartment buildings in San Francisco to bring them into compliance with fire department requirements. This required a high level of tenant interaction and coordination. John was both professional and timely in doing this work, treating tenants with respect and efficiently installing smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors in 18 different units.

When one or two of the products malfunctioned, John was out to replace them within a day, no hassle no problem. When one of them wasn’t strong enough for the tenants bread-making, again, upgrade with no hassle no problem.

John stands by his work. His communication is excelllent. I appreciate the texting system John uses as there’s no ambiguity when appointments are made and the follow up is also very efficient. He has organized his buisiness for client service and the documentation is readily available. You can even schedule appointments through his web site and receive a confirmation via text that he is on the way, and again when the work is completed. Very impressive.

Jorge did an amazing job installing our pendant and fixed the wiring on our kitchen which is something out of our skill level.

I didn't end up using REF, because Hector was such a straight-shooter that he suggested my handyman should likely have a look at the issue first to see if my electrical issue was a simple solve (and thereby save myself some money). This was after he patiently talked me through the problem on the phone and suggested some trouble-shooting. I noted REF has expertise with old SF buildings like mine, so figured I would call them back if it was a more complex issue - but thankfully, just as Hector suspected, it was not. Will certainly keep them in mind for bigger electrical jobs in the future. Thanks Hector!

Not safe on the road, don’t stop on stop sign making me do a quick stop, then show me the middle finger for no reason. What kind of drivers you have?

This morning about 530 one of there employees ran me off the road to pass me I'm in a hazmat tanker truck I honked at him then he started slaming on the breaks infont of me so I hi beamed him and he got more aggressive being a business owner my self I would not have a employee like that cause he would b a liability as well as not a good Image for the company.
