Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional. Ely to save the day! My water heater went out 2 days before New Years Eve. Ely was quick to respond. My water heater was still under warranty and Ely did all the calling and worked on the getting the water heater replaced. Turns out he saved me over 400.00 on replacing my water heater. I have never worked with a more ethical and reasonable company. The customer support staff and plumbing staff have made life so much easier. I have lived in a building that is plagued by floods for 13 years. As such, I am well versed in flood mitigation. As a woman, when you hire a plumber then tend to talk down to you not realizing you have dealt with over 11 floods and then tend to inflate prices. XYG is the exception.
