**Edit** Correction to previous review. The parts we were seeing online were not the stores parts, rather what we were looking for. Second the part the sales man sold me did in fact patch our problem which is needed to buy time on purchasing a hot water tank. Overal very helpful n lower prices then there competitors on the tank its self!!

If this places doesn't have it, you dont need it. Plus, bonus is that these people have the experience that the big box store team dont always have available.

We came to Phoenix supply thru S and A construction as an insurance claim. Alyssa didn't have an information on our case had no email but we decided to go ahead and pick out stuff. We picked out a nice shower head with an attachment, came back to finalize our picks and said we wanted 2 handles and she said it wasn't a problem. We waited 5 months for our stuff to come in and it wasn't at all what we had picked out aside from the 2 handles. She didn't communicate effectively our order, I wish we had been given a copy of the order and the mistake could have been caught. I don't think we were ever on the same page. We are very disappointed to not have what we wanted after such a long wait. If you go to Phoenix supply don't work with Alyssa. She did little to fix the issue. The rest of the stuff was great so I gave it 3 stars.

I have found what I was needing with these folks on many visits. Sometimes oddball sizes, sometimes just oddball pieces but so far I've had very good luck in finding what I needed when I needed it. The prices are a little higher than some of the big box stores' prices but it's worth being able to get what they don't carry in stock.
