This place was beyond bad. They were suggested to me by American Home Shield (who I have now cancelled). The technician refused to work on my A/C unit stating it had dog hair and some bio organic growth on the coils. I paid American Home Shield Maintenance $200 to service the unit but US Heating and Air had asked for another $300 I had it fully cleaned less than 2 years before (costing $200) where they take the unit completely outside to clean it out and I figured there was no way it had gotten that bad in 2 years. I did an inspection and noticed there was a tiny bit of growth in the upper corner but for the most part it looked clean enough to eat on. The worst part of this company is they refused to call me back when I kept asking what the situation was. We went weeks without any response.
I would never recommend anyone to use this company. Stay away if at all possible.
This place was beyond bad...the technician (not verified since he actually never did any work) refused to touch the unit because the disconnect was bypassed. Never mind that this company was the last one to service the unit. He instead wanted me to sit in the heat for another week while an electrician was called to redo the bypass and then he would come back out. I called a real AC repair company who had it fixed in 5 minutes the next day. (I still made American Home Shield replace the bypass). Customer service for USHAC sounded like they couldn't care less if they maintained me as a customer.

Great place to work ! Leadership has improved 100% Mike Irwin is very punctual on getting jobs and bids out to our clients. All the staff is on top of there game on giving great customer service. The plumbing service has some inspiring employees that care about there jobs,not just for a paycheck ,but as a career choice ! Great job guys . Electrical department is another punctual and professional trade that we offer great people . A/C department is going strong with employees that care about there jobs and customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! The only reason that I have used this company was because American home shield sent them out. Before they replaced my compressor that went bad, they came out 2 times before and told me that nothing was wrong. The replaced my compressor and charged me for 8 lbs of Freon. The issue that I called for originally has never been fixed. Now after having another company come out, they have confirmed that USHAC never cleaned the lines, and apparently that should be routine when a compressor is changed out. I Specifically asked if I would have to pay for Freon again, and he told me I should not have to pay for Freon again, they should be able to reuse the Freon they put in a couple months before, that I paid $285.00 for. I had to call USHAC back since it was originally their mess up. They were suppose to be here between 11 and 2 on Tuesday, at 3 o'clock when I CALLED THEM, the lady advised they were running behind and would not be there until after 7. She then called me back at 6 and told me it would have to be Wednesday before they came out. When the tech finally arrived, he confirmed that his co worker should have in fact cleaned out the lines. Since this was not done, it has caused another part to break in the unit. He did not have the part on the truck. The tech advised he would order the part and return on Thursday to replace. When I called Thursday afternoon to confirm the appointment, the NASTY lady on the other end proceeded to tell me that she did the scheduling and ordering of the parts and she had not order my part yet and NO he would not be there! I called American home shield to advise them of the issue and the rep there couldn't have cared less about my issue. When I called her on Friday morning to confirm if they would be out, she advised she had a full schedule and best time she could be there would be Monday between 11 - 2. I explained to her that I have been without air.. in FL.. In August and this was due to her company's mistake and asked her if she could make good on this before the weekend. She said .. Sorry I am booked! By this time, I had a nervous breakdown because it is SO HOT in my house. Later that afternoon, we received a call from American Home Shield and they left me a voicemail telling me that I would be responsible for paying for the disposal of the old Freon and then responsible for paying for the 11lbs of new Freon. All because they did not do their job originally! REALLY.. and now you are charging me for 11 lbs of Freon when the original visit only called for 8lbs. I have since called 2 other companies and they have confirmed they should be able to use the Freon that is already in the unit. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO COME INTO YOUR HOME.
Just finished my second maintenance under the service contract. Mark, the tech who arrived for the service arrived within the stated time frame(3 hour window), and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Have been using FAST for 10 years. Always responsive and their techs do quality work.

This company is very unprofessional!!! The people who answer the phones always seem to answer with attitude and never call you back when they say they would. They lack communication one person say one thing but another person says something else! Please go elsewhere if you can, I hate that I was referred to them by American home smh.

Disorganized. Called, tech came out within a few days, great! Looked at situation, took pictures, left. Never heard from them again. 7 days later, Called. Waiting on this, or that, will call you back by end of day. No callback. 12 days later now, Called. Waiting on pricing. 18 days later, Called Waiting on pricing. I can get pricing myself within 1 day, which means a company that does electrical work 24 hours a day should be able to get it within 3 business days (but most likely within 2). This company seems (by the reviews) to have a track record of just bad customer service. I genuinely give company's ample time to get things right, and I gave them multiple opportunities to make this work out, but they provide no option except for me to not recommend them.
Dan did a fantastic job resolving my appliance issue. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He explains the problem and what is needed to fix it-then completes the repair. I would recommend Dan at FAST.
Spoke with Rachel, and she was such a pleasure to work with.

If you want a company that will give you a 4-6 hour window for a tech then call you in the last 30 to 45 min to 'confirm' this is your company; make sure you have nothing to do other than sit and stare at the phone, because if you use the bathroom or have to change your kids diaper and don't answer your phone they will give your appointment away. 'Customer service' is abysmal and honestly they neither want to earn or keep your business. If none of these are detractors for you this is a great choice for home repair needs if they are a would explore other options.

I rent a condo and our water heater needed replacing. My landlord picked the company but I had absolutely zero problems setting up times or them being here on time. Gary and Tim were extremely kind and professional and worked well around the small space and my toddler. They were very accommodating and my son didn't want them to leave! I will use them for myself if needed in the future.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! In May 2013 I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, for service on my hot water heater. US Heating & Air put in a new water heater and charged me $260 plus my $75 to American Home Shield service call. This new water heater has not gone out 3 more times since then (in just over two years). I would not recommend this company.

I can only repeat what everyone has said. I scheduled this through AHS. I never received a call back so i took it upon myself to call. They told me the next day we would get service between 1-3 and would give us a 1 hour call ahead. At 1:27 they called my wife to say they were there. When I called to say I could be there by 2:30-3:00 the lady told me I had to reschedule. By far the worst company I have had to deal with and a poor reflection on AHS. Hopefully AHS drops them as a vendor after they read all these reviews and the letter I sent to AHS showing these horrible google reviews.

I had a kitchen drain clog. Called this morning and JP called and came at 115pm. Thank you JP you did a fabulous job and so neat and cleaned up after. Outstanding customer service from calling this morning. to finished job. Will definitely use again THANK YOU!!

Chris, my technician, had All of the qualities. I would easily assign him to be my worker. It would be easier to have someone that keeps track of work done and recognition of worker with business customer.
Repair man doesn't show up til almost 8p on Friday. Stays for about 5 min and tells me my AC needs a new motor. Oh and by the way, the store isnt open on the weekend so no motor til Monday.
I have a chronic illness and this ridiculous company is making me go the whole weekend without AC. As a future home owner, there's no way in hell I would use this company in the future.

Lazaro and team installed a new AC unit for us. They did a great job, very efficient.
Worst place to allow in your home if you need help on your AC unit and the Home warranty company has called them. Did nothing to help me with the AC unit. Tell your Home warranty company that you don't want this AC repair company in your home. USHAC only cares about getting the deductible so that they can get paid.
Jessica arrived within the appointment time frame promised. She was quite knowledgeable about our condo A/C system and worked with us so we could schedule a new system installation within 1 to 2 work days. The price was competitive and offered several free perks. Overall we were very pleased.

Tech Joe exceptional-experienced & knows a/c repair.
Dan did a great job repairing our refrigerator.
Tech did damage to my house, could not fix the problem he was called to fix. He seemed not to know what he was doing. He charged me $75 for a service call and left (I still had the problem I called for). So far getting run around by them and American Home Shield trying to get the damage caused by their tech fixed. I'd give them minus stars if I could.

I typically dont write reviews unless I am complaining about some horrible experience I had. In this case, I am delighted and felt compelled to write this reviews bc of their exemplary service. I manage several rental and investment properties and used USHAC over 10 occassions. Their prices are reasonable and workmanship is top notch. I have used them for AC, plumbing, and electrical. Most recent encounter involved this past week. I got a notice from my insurance company that they were dropping my coverage in one of the investment homes bc of a failed electric panel. I had less than one week to get this resolved. More importantly, hurricane Irma was headed towards Tampa due to arrive by the weekend. I called USHAC on Wed and they had the panel completed by Friday while the whole city was evacuating. I am amazed at the bad reviews bc I am 100% satisfied with the way the process my work orders. They have their own trucks, everyone is in uniform, their have real managers and truly a professional staff. They are a REAL company and well run at that!!!!!

My review is really for the outstanding work performed by Lazzaro who was our installer. He has been out to the house on several occasions to install a new air handler unit a new condenser and now all new ductwork. His work is top notch and he’s always on time. he’s not only professional, but he understands exactly how and what he’s doing and he’s able to explain it in a way that makes sense. You can tell that he’s been through not only some outstanding training, but he’s had fantastic experience throughout his career. I hope he comes back the next time we need a project as he has been absolutely fantastic.
Harvey is very professional, ac knowledgeable and gave us very helpful hints for maintaining the system. We would highly recommend him.

Nothing but praise from me! Placed a MAYDAY call to home warranty company yesterday at 4:15 for a major plumbing issue. Spoke to Tiffany at US Heating this morning, and although they did not have the dispatch order from the warranty company, she was caring enough to go ahead and set up an appointment for today. I was told the technician would arrive between 3 and 6 pm and the tech, Ian, was at our door at 3:45. Problem is solved and we couldn't be happier. US Heating has been sent to us before (thru warranty company) and each service call has been handled with kindness, courtesy, competence, efficiency and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. BIG THANKS to Tiffany and Ian!!! You guys rock!

They were able to fix our AC unit one time after our apartment maintenance guys had been out countless times. Jim and Eugene were great and got the job done well. Eugene was especially polite and kind.

AWESOME job!! My shower was broken (no pressure) for months before they came to the rescue :-) Fast, efficient, and clean work!! My dishwasher would not pump water and Dan Hampton diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and set up the next appointment while still here. Two days later I have a working dishwasher. As a plus, as he was working he answered so many of my appliance questions and is extremely knowledgeable and had the best tips on DW workings and products to use. He is the best!
My a.c. unit stopped blowing cold air this week. My complex manager notified me the entire unit needed to be replaced. While doing the work another issue was discovered: there had been a leak which caused more damage. Dallas & Eugene to the rescue. They arrived early this morning & promptly began working to fix the issue. Within the projected window of time original they were able to repair the damage & replace the unit. They were pleasant & polite while here & made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Living in Tampa means having A.C. is essential. I am so appreciative of these two men spending their Saturday morning here to fix my issue. Great job!

This company is unreliable. They were scheduled to repair a light in my house from 9-11am but couldn't show up until late in the afternoon. The repair was poor quality and my light stopped working a day after they repaired it.
Would rate 0 stars if actually possible. The woman who works in the office is rude and the company's workmanship is just plain BAD. I have a home warranty company who paid for a brand new unit inside and out less than a year ago over the last few months is has been running non stop and having difficulty keeping up. I called another company who told me that Us heating and air was responsible for 12 months parts and labor. Called US and they said call the home warranty company to put a call out. The home warranty company sent someone else who confirmed poor weld on copper tubing and a leak that has probably been their since day 1. Now US Heating an air refusing to honor warranty and said once the county inspects they are off the hook. I argued with the horrible woman and now am caught in a situation I don't like. No A.C. in the heat of summer and an incompetent company refusing to honor a warranty that my insurance company says are responsible. My advice is to NEVER use US Heating and Air.

A pipe under the floor of our apartment broke. Tim and Jordan were great and got everything fixed for us, and most importantly got our hot water working again after 5 days not having it. They were both very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

Been a customer of Fast for many years, wouldn't consider having any other company. Buddy is a wonderful competent technician!
Be warned. Do not use this company. Terrible customer service. They are rude. They do not show up on time or call you back. After the first tech did not show up on time (after waiting 3 hours) I was told by the second tech that my problem was a quick fix, the parts could be purchased locally. After one week, I had not heard from them so I tried to call them back on multiple occasions to find out what the delays were. The first time I called I was told that they did not know what the hold up was and that I would be called back. After waiting two more days with no call back, I called them again and after being left on hold for 10 minutes I was told that they still didn't know what the hold up was, but I could expect to have a tech show up...3 days later. When I called to complain about the service I was told I could take it or leave it. The customer service person told me to stop 'brow beating' her and actually hung up on me while I was talking to her. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
