Greg and Rick were professional and courteous. They installed a gas tankless water heater to replace my 20 year old water heater that was on borrowed time. Greg explained everything and communicated throughout the entire process. Called me when the we’re running behind (through no fault of theirs). You NEVER see that! Will most definitely use again!!! Good, honest plumbers are hard to come by! Call him! You just found a rare gem!

Had two toilets replaced. Did great job and cleaned up really nicely. Also had them look at water heater and they fixed a vent problem and advised us as to how much longer we could expect it to last before we need to get a whole new one
Will definitely use the again.

Fast service, great customer service. Why 4 star? He didn’t have all the supplies and wanted to use old stuff from my old water heater. I asked that he run to the nearest store and buy new supplies, which he did with no problem.

So I usually fix things myself, however when the water heater went out in one of my Rental properties the timing couldn't have been worse due to my work schedule. Since I have never had to hire a plumber I didn't know where to turn? Everyone I called wanted to install Their brand of water heater and not let me choose, then wanted almost a grand to install it! I'm very lucky to have been referred to Greg. He let me purchase a Rheem water heater, drop it off, and did a perfect install. He even had to get my house up to the new code standards and fix the poor install from the builder. Great job, very fair price. Colossal will be my only call in the future if I'm in a bind again...... Thank you for quality work, thank you for a fair price, and thank you for your honesty.

Greg was very professional in explaining the problem with my water heater he presented options for me to consider. Greg did not push for any one of his recommendations. My unit was 11 years old so I went for a new unit. The time was about 4:15. I gave him the ok to replace it. When I ask when he could install the new heater, he said now. We agreed on a price and he was off to get the get the new unit. His 20 years of working as a plumber really came through. I especially was impressed with his customer service. That goes as long wsy with me.

We had Colossal Plumbing/Greg Floyd work in our kitchen as we were having it remodeled. Very impressed with how hard he worked and simply what a good, honest person he was. Very professional also. Once the kitchen was completed, we discovered that we needed our laundry room faucet replaced and we knew immediately that we would call him back, simply because we were so pleased with the kitchen job he did for us.

He had another worker with him and that gentleman was also very kind and a hard worker. Once the laundry room job was completed, Greg explained what all he did very thoroughly.

Overall it was definitely a good experience and I think what we appreciated most was Greg’s honesty. Sometimes that is rare to find these days. If we ever have plumbing issues again, we will be calling Colossal Plumbing.

Greg quickly responded to my outside water leak. He had informed me over the phone the possibility of having difficulty locating the leak, but was able to find it quickly and professionally repair the leak.
Greg was friendly, extremely professional, and knowledgeable in plumbing. He even informed me of everything that he did in the leak repair and why he chose that method to repair the line.
His price was extremely fair and left the site as good as he found it. I highly recommend Greg and his team for your plumbing needs. He will be my first call when I need a plumber again.

I called a couple of places and colossal plumbing was the only place with a free estimate. They had the most reasonable price. Greg, the owner, explained everything. Explained the difference in what the other guys were doing and what needed to be done. He never said one negative word about his competitors, just why he does what he does. He was the most upfront of the guys I called. I will recommend Colossal Plumbing to anyone and everyone. As a matter of fact, I already have.

Greg was very good at explaining what he was going to do. Our plumbing was from the 1950's so major work had to be done to get us modern again. Greg is a very busy plumber but he helped us out by working on our job after he had already put in 10 hours or more on another job site. The system works great now.

Discovered that my 16 year old water heater was leaking water all over the place the day before a house party. Called Greg at 11:30PM requesting the water heater be replaced some time the next day. He agreed that he would replace it first thing the next morning. At 8:30 AM he arrived with the replacement and after 90 minutes I had a brand new commercial grade water heater installed up to current code. This allowed me to spend the rest of the day preparing for the party. Excellent workmanship, he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also has experience with new construction and remodeling.

Our Plumber was awesome. When he came he took the time to make sure that there was nothing else that we need... and boy there was!!! I had forgotten to mention that there was another issue and he noticed and took care of that issue as well. He was very speedy and informative. Not very many people CARE about the type of customer service they provide and this guy MR.GREG has it down to a T! If i ever need any type of plumbing service I will always go here!!! HIRE THEM! You will be satisfied!!

Greg was able to come out the same night as our initial conversation. He was thorough in his explanations and receptive to questions. I actually contacted Greg the next day to ask for another job. He returned within two days and installed a new garbage disposal. Another job well done. Greg was very helpful over the phone. He sent Stephen out to assess the issue with our hot water heater ( very often it would not stay lit ). Stephen took one look and said it’s not connected to the vent! He attached it to the vent and so far that seems to have done the trick. Our hot water heater had been installed 5 years ago by a different plumbing company who failed to install it properly. Lucky for us we did not suffer from carbon monoxide issues!!! When our hot water heater stopped working, David and Greg came out and worked tirelessly to install a new one, as well as a garage sink. They went above and beyond by climbing to our roof to install something when it could have been slippery, because they didn't want us to be without hot water for another day. Both gentlemen were extremely courteous, professional, and generous with their time. They put in alot of time and effort to make sure they were leaving us in the hands of a reliable, new water heater. We're so appreciative of their services.

I can trust Colossal plumbing to get the job done. I was able to make an appointment for them to come without me having to be on site. They assessed the job, was able to give me professional advice with what was best and right not just how to get it done as cheaply as possible and then having to redo it again later. They help you understand the process if you are wanting them to explain it to you. Colossal is a Christian family owed business, and I trust them and would use them again.

Finally a plumbing service that gets it right the first time, unlike many other services, they repaired our kitchen faucet and outdoor spigot and corrected an issue with a previous plumbing service and works flawless. Everything about my experience was positive. I needed a new hot water heater. They gave me a set price that was a great value, came the next day and got the job done correctly. Due to some factors outside of their control, the job took twice as long as expected, but no extra charge to us. But even more, I really enjoyed meeting these people. Greg was a little late responding at first. Came to find out he's just super busy but instead of calling it a day at 5, he came out at 6 pm, dug a hole 2 feet by 4 feet and 2 feet deep to replace my sewer line clean-out sweep. Didn't finish until after dark and did an awesome job. The guy is working his butt off to build his business. Give him a call, you won't be sorry.
