Devon and his apprentice were very efficient. Devon was quick to diagnose the problem and got started. The work was under the house and it was cold. Thumbs up to both.

As a business person and personally, I use Davco for all of my AC needs. They are always quick to respond and fix the problem the first time called. As a property manager, I dread summer due to ac units that can't keep up. Davco has certainly made my life better with their quick response times and after hours availability. Chris and Dalton where out today to repair my office ac and as always, had me up and running in no time. Thank you!!!

My apartment complex obtained this company to service my leaking AC which has been leaking since July 2nd. Brett was the person who came out and he is absolutely awesome. Devin did excellent work repairing a broken cutoff valve on a gas line.

Devin from DaVco did a great job repairing our water pipes after they froze and broke. He was very professional, took the time to make sure that all of the breaks were found and repaired, and did a beautiful job of reinsulating them to make sure we didn’t have this same problem again. I recommend him if you are in need of pipe repairs or other plumbing work.

Followup in 2023, had to replace our entire central unit, American Standard, from DaVco😩. They offered us a new unit minus $2000 after 5-6 year of use. I don’t think so. Whatever you do avoid American Standard. We got the shaft….

Brian at Davco was suppose to have an air conditioner installed on Saturday July 9, 2011 which got up to 109 degrees. He called Friday at 3:30 to tell me they can't do it. He was actually suppose to be at my house on Friday to measure everything up. He was not showing up so I called their office. I asked for Brian and the receptionist said just a moment, she got back on and asked for my name and then got off the phone, then got back on and said she will have to take a message. I said Brian is suppose to be here. I never heard from him until 3:30 when he called and left a message saying they are not going to come. I am guessing they got a bigger job in.

I was away for a couple of weeks and came home to a pool in my back yard. DaVco was recommended by the company that installed a new HVAC system who assured me they did quality work with reasonable prices. When Devin, the tech assigned, ended up having a longer job that day, he made arrangements with their on-call staff and came over himself to see if it could be fixed quickly. It couldn't, but he made all the necessary preparations to replace it and capped it off until he could get the supplies. He was at my door promptly the next morning, and now I am no longer flooding my back yard. :-) Devin was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a stressful situation for me, and I am thankful for kind, calm, professional service!

Devon did a great job installing our sink downstairs! He made some suggestions that made it really nice. I have had Davco do a couple of plumbing jobs and also heat and air, everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful and done awesome work.

Davco came out during an ice storm to fix our water heater. They were knowledgeable and professional and fixed our issue in a timely fashion. Great service.

Installed a second shut off valve to city water.Did a good job of explaining what he was doing and instructing me how to use it after it was installed. Also did a good job burying the water line and cleaning up the site.

The guy (Brent maybe) that came out for my plumbing estimate was fantastic! I knew I’d choose DaVco for the job. It took no time to evaluate what I needed done & the price was right.

I needed some copper work done to install a new shower tub combo, both my outside faucets replaced, & a bathroom sink leak repair. The plumber was quick, pleasant, informative, & knowledgeable. He did what I needed and spent a little extra time to make sure my leak was fixed well.

I got a whole new, inside & out, AC Unit. Vince came out to give me my estimates & was the first one to really address my concerns & issues that my house had with its current unit. Previous install was not done well. I wasn’t pressured to buy things I didn’t need/want & appointments were set up pretty quick.

The guys who came out to do my AC install were friendly, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, worked well together, cleaned up after themselves, & despite some set backs they could not control did the job quick.

Chris was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

These guys are awesome. My tank exploded one night, so the next day I was calling around to see if I could get estimates on what this might cost to replace. They were the only ones I called who would give me one. They were super easy to set up an appointment with. When they got here they were really nice guys and very professional. We had a gas line for a dryer and a new kitchen faucet installed.
The whole process, from quote to finish, was very courteous and professional. Devin pointed out items that the home inspection missed and corrected the issues. Will definitely use DavCo again!

He is very knowledgeable about my Heat pump unit and tends to care about his customers.It is nice to have the same technician come out when your in need of one. I called on a Friday to have someone fix the pipe that goes to the spigot outside. It was leaking water inside. They said they could have someone out late Monday or 8am Tuesday. I said Tuesday is fine. On Monday I got a text confirming my appointment for 8am on Tuesday. Tuesday came and I waited until 12:30. No one showed up or called. I called the company and they said my appointment was Wednesday. I recalled the exact conversation we had (same guy) the Friday before and he refused to apologize or admit he was wrong. I read the confirmation text to him and he still refused to back down on his side. It was getting to the point where it was feeling confrontational so I said I'll take someone the next morning and hung up. I was nervous I would get poor quality service but Devin showed up and was so great! I love doing fix it stuff so he let me tag along and basically taught me exactly how to do everything he was doing. He stuck around for a few minutes to answer some questions I had about how to make sure this doesn't happen again and even walked me through preventative maintenance. THAT was far more than I expected! If I could give the guy on the phone a review, I'd give him 1 star. I'm leaving 5 stars for Devin because he's worth every single one of them.

DaVco, if you read this, please give your employees proper customer service training. It's mind blowing being told I'm wrong when I have confirmation text messages from the day before.

Knowledgeable and courteous--highly recommended

Condensation was leaking from my unit into the house I called Davco. They sent a guy Tuesday to fix it. He cleaned the outside unit and checked pressure but could not determine where the leak was and thought inside unt was not level. He charged $167. He said a two-man crew would have to come out and pull the coil the next night which they did but I had to pay another $187. It was a clogged drain pan. In my opinion they should have been able to clean it the first time out and I should not be charged twice.

Devin and Chris did an excellent job replacing my water heater. Even with winter weather they were timely and professional. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be more pleased with the service, professionalism, and courtesy

My air conditioner, though old, was functioning okay. We had a service call to clean and check our unit. The technition told me that a part needed replaced soon. If it went out, the compressor could be damaged. He showed me various priced parts, the cheapest, called a band aide, was almost $200. My husband quickly looked up the part and found them for a fraction of the price, so we declined buying the part right now. The technition said he understood not wanting to spend a lot of money on a unit that will probably need to be replaced soon anyway. He said that if it goes out tomorrow, don't say he didn't earn me. I heard him comment about which way the old part went on.

That evening, after a cool front came in, the unit never shut off. The next day, if it shut off, there was a loud clunk and it came back on soon after, even though another cool front had come in. My husband took the cover off to see what was up and there was a wire that wasn't right near the part in question.

I am not happy that it appears that the part was not reinstalled correctly. Now we are without air-conditioning until we can order the part ourselves!

I like everything about this company, the workers, the work the friendliness the peope that answer the phone. I would never use anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs.

These guys are, in my book, the only HVAC company that I will call. They have knowledge that surpasses most other companies that do the same work. They have one tech in particular that is THE best at what he does. They work with you at getting the job done as well as being fair about pricing. They don't hide any costs and what they quote is what you pay. Hands down the best company to work with.

I called them with my problem I had with my furnace. They quoted me a good deal and the three gentlemen that came out did a very very good job and the guy that got it going his name was Dalton if you have a problem with your heating system, I would recommend them to anybody highly recommend.

Great job! My AC was low on freon. The service technician was great in explaining what my options were. The bottom line for me was you could tell that she cared about what she was doing. I've been using this company for overc10 years.

After comparing multiple bids for replacing our two HVAC systems, we are happy we ended up choosing DaVco. The communication I had with Vince throughout the process gave us peace of mind and confidence that the job would be done right. Even with a slight unforeseen complication, Vince found a solution that ensured there would be no delay of schedule. The installation team knocked out both upstairs and downstairs units within two days total. Within the first 5 hours we had a new downstairs system up and running which provided much needed relief in the dead of summer. The entire team was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I honestly can’t recommend DaVco enough!

I’m very pleased with the installation of a new water heater. The work was done efficiently and neatly. The technicians were informative and professional throughout the process.

The company i work for hired Davco to come in and help take a load off us by running water supply , return . And an air line across the shop. Well once we supplied air to the line there were several leaks, joints that had not even been tightened at all. As for the water lines they did a horriable job anchoring them to the floor and didn't even complete one line. The apprentice sat in the van most days smoking and playing on his phone. I could not In good faith recomend them at all.

Came out on Saturday and fixed our heater. Tech called 30 min out, on time! Thanks

DaVco Mechanical has been my heating and a/c and plumbing repairmen and maintenance providers for a long time.
Roger has been able to keep my 19 year a/c unit going despite some serious episodes of breakdowns. He has never pushed me into a situation where he made felt my unit was near the end of its repairable life, until today. He confidently referred me to Vince, their company's lead sales person. He is currently presenting me with five different repair or replacement options with varying prices...with no sales pressure. He is very knowledgeable, since he worked as tech person before being promoted to their sales department.
Brent, in the plumbing department has always been competent and fair in his labor charges...always very helpful and kind. Has fixed a major foundation leak for me last year and as well as several routine jobs, such as faucet and shower repairs along with his crewmen.
Brenda in the business office has helped me a couple times with making payment arrangements when the charges were difficult to pay in a single payment. Shows compassion when the unexpected can hit your money purse at least convenient time. She can be firm, but always fair.
Overall, DaVco is a five star company whose staff always puts their customers and their special needs first always. God bless this company!

Ac went out for like the 8th time. Decided I needed a replacement. Came out same day for a quote.

Once I got my affairs in order. They were there the next day.

I had my ac and furnace replaced and they were in and out in about 6 hours including lunch!

10/10 would use again.

Melvin is very nice and very thorough. Pointed out a potential problem but did not pressure to get it fixed now. Will check again in spring when we have air conditioner checked.

They did a great job fixing my slab leak in a timely and professional manner! My tech, Curtis, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the leak was based on prior experiences and a little bit of determination and detective work when my warranty company plumber wasn’t even sure after doing his fancy leak detection. He was right on! I had minimal damage to the finished surfaces in my floor and no extra drilling to search out the cause. The price I paid when they were finished was even lower than the quoted price! I couldn’t be more happy. Although no one wants to have this happen, they made it the best case scenario. Recommended 1,000 times over!

Devin and Dustin installed a new hot water tank in my house and I am very pleased. This is an old house and they ran into some obstacles but I never heard a negative word from them. I will definitely recommend Davco to family and friends.

After most other plumbing places had been closed or were unresponsive, Devin called me back and, since it was late and I was more than an hour away, walked me through the issue over the phone!! Unheard of! Because of this FIRST interaction and Devin's professionalism and willingness to help me through something that to him might be simple, but to me seemed like a crisis, I'm definitely going to call DaVco Mechanical for my plumbing and other mechanical needs.

We had a major clog in a pipe outside of our home that was causing a backup in the house. I was put on their schedule immediately for the next business day. Chad from DaVco took care of a huge plumbing leak that happened unexpectedly in my yard. The water company called to let me know about the leak but I had no indication of it. Chad found the leak and made the repairs necessary in a timely and professional way. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and cleaned up thoroughly even though it was an after hours call. I would highly recommend.

I have been using DaVco for our plumbing needs for the past couple of years and am always impressed with their service. They are very quick to respond and their techs are fast, friendly, and efficient. I know it is a well-run family company who treats their employees well but expects the utmost professionalism with their journeymen. (They are not the least expensive plumbing company, but definitely not the highest). I believe they are priced fairly for the service they provide and I highly recommend them. Devin recently came out and fixed an exterior faucet leak and did a great job.

My heater was down, I called them they came out the same day, & it was fixed promptly. I recommend this company.

Vince worked with us to find the most efficient and cost effective solution to several problems we had when another contractor did a bad hvac install.His technicians Jerry and Les knew how to execute the solution Vince had proposed and came ready to work repaired the problem areas that needed to be addressed,cleaned everything up and my hvac unit performs as it should have originally and under budget.Thanks to everyone from Davco.

Devon was very professional and prompt at getting my hot water tank fixed. I have nothing bad to say about this person but all good.
I have been without hot water for to long weeks though he was backed up in other calls he had to get the parts the next day and I figured that he would probably be out fixing the hot water tank later on in the afternoon but, instead he called me first thing at 9:07 AM and told me he was coming out to fix the hot water tank I could not be more grateful.

I used DaVco last spring for a brand new HVAC system. There were a couple of hiccups, but overall I’m very pleased with the system they installed and the price. Billing took several months which was a negative for me.
It’s my understanding that they are really trying to build up their residential business and with experienced techs like Brandon McBee, who grew up in the business, I believe they will.
My number one priority in choosing an HVAC contractor is TRUST. (The mega company that has billboards every 1/3 mile in Tulsa is not one I trust based on firsthand experience.)

We had some concerns about our old water heater and scheduled a service appointment. Darrell Sr. came out today and was knowledgeable and informative. He replaced our water heater with a brand new one in about a half day. Thanks Darrell for your hard work. Great job!

Brandon did a super job, was very courteous and professional. Turned out to be low on coolant, which was disappointing since the unit installed by Davco was only 2 years old and cost me $200. Wasn't Brandon's fault though, I was happy with his work.

I have used DaVco on two occasions for minor residential plumbing problems. Their plumbers know what they are doing and take the time to explain things to me. They do not overcharge for a service call. Based on previous experiences with plumbers, DaVco prices are more reasonable.
