I had a clog that took both of my bathrooms out of commission and True Plumbing was able to send out a technician the same day. Brent was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. After snaking the sewer line, Brent was able to identify the problem of roots in the line. Unfortunately, True Plumbing doesn’t offer hydrojetting to clear the roots. The next day I was able to find a company that does this procedure and my bathrooms are now back to fully functional! Getting the broken pipe repaired will be an adventure for another review once it’s complete.

We have used True Plumbing on two separate occasions at our home to install a double clean-out as well as repair a slab leak in our master bath. On both occasions, they did an incredible job! Cameron and Eric were very informative on what was being done and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done with excellence and in a timely manor. Amy was great to work with every time we had questions or needed to reschedule. We highly recommend True Plumbing!

Great service!! I needed help when I tried to fix my garbage disposal and failed. I called True Plumbing at 7am and they were at my door working on my disposal by 9:15am. They informed me what was wrong with the disposal and ended up replacing it with a better model than could be found at a hardware store. The guys who came out were friendly and efficient when installing the new disposal. Additionally, they were open and honest about their pricing, which was completely reasonable. I will definitely use True Plumbing again!

Had a waterline break at the sidewalk, out of 4 plumbers True Plumbing was the only one to answer their phone on a Sunday. Thank goodness. The dispatcher was plenty helpful, and even with them being busy she was able to get someone out. Kyle and Mark arrived as promised and even gave me a courtesy call before arrival. They explained everything they were going to do and even showed me where and why our previous pipe went bad. They were very friendly and professional completing the job. I am glad True Plumbing answered, I am a happy customer and will call and refer them if the need arises. Thank you True Plumbing!

These guys were fantastic. I had 3 issues: a wiggly toilet, a faucet leaking into the cabinet, and a drain stopper that stopped nothing. They checked everything out and gave me an idea of costs- from best case scenario to worst case scenario- all before they touched anything, which was extremely appreciated. They fixed everything perfectly in less than 30 minutes and were so nice!!

Kyle and Sergio were excellent!!! They facilitated a difficult repair in confined spaces without any issues at all. True Plumbing's prices can't be beat. I will definitely use True Plumbing in the future should the need arise.

A few months later, I called True Plumbing again - this time for a new toilet. They were prompt and upfront about the costs. A few days later, a minor leak was discovered due to a defect from the manufacturer. The owner of True Plumbing came out to my house and took care of the situation immediately. This display of integrity impressed me, and I am glad to have found a great company to meet my plumbing needs.

This morning at a little past 8 I called True Plumbing. He said he would call me right back and let me know when they could come. Not even 5 minutes later they called back and were here in 15 minutes. Grant it, I practically live right around the corner from the office. So I am sure that helped. They came, they fixed the leak, and were on their way. Steve was very polite and the job was reasonably priced. I have dealt with two other plumbing companies in the past. One that said they would be here the next day at noon and called 2 days later to reschedule (Royal Flush Plumbing) and last night I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They said they could Possibly get to me by the end of the day tomorrow. I think I will stick with these guys and refer them to my friends and colleagues. Thank you again Steve for the neat job and quick work of it.

I had a toilet that kept running. I tried to adjust the floating ball and it broke. I called True Plumbing after 6 pm and the answering service said someone would call the next day. They called at 8:30 am and sent Kyle to help me that afternoon.

Kyle called to let me know when he would be arriving and the service was great. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. We had great a great conversation. I have found the company to handle all my plumbing needs. True Plumbing -- the name says it all!!!

True Plumbing is the only plumbing company to ever properly diagnose the source of a slow drain problem in my kitchen and from that time on, I have used True Plumbing services at my house for several years and have always found them to be truthful and pleasant to deal with at all times. The only problem I have encountered over the past couple of years was that a leak sensor was damaged during a routine maintenance call, which I didn't discover until late that night. True Plumbing rectified the situation the very same day when I contacted the owner, Eric, to let him know what happened. Can't ask for better than that!

My wife noticed that we were losing pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom shower, like any man I told her that I would handle it, when she left the room I called a plumber. The technician I spoke with said that there was a high possibility that there was a busted pipe beneath our home and I was advised that it would cost several thousands of dollars to fix. A few weeks prior I had an opportunity to sit with Eric Bryson the owner of true plumbing to discuss his vision and goals for his business. two words he kept emphasizing were honesty and integrity so I called True Plumbing for a second opinion. When i called True Plumbing I was fortunate to have Eric actually be the technician that showed up to my house and in minutes he identified the problem. He could have quoted me any amount wanted and I would've paid it because as a professional assume the knows best. Eric could have taken advantage of me but instead he was upfront and honest about how simple the repairs were. Eric generally wanted to save me money. Eric had the tools to fix the problem on the spot and was able to do so for substantially less money than I was previously quoted. I am personally naive when it comes to the plumbing world but working with Eric was a breath of fresh air. His organization is truly about helping people and it is because of his professional integrity that I will continue to call on True Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.

I was scared - I had to have the main water line replaced at my house! True Plumbing was such a Godsend. I can't say enough good things about Eric, Sheila and Quincy. They took good care of me. They really care about the client. Even though a trench had to be dug from the house to the street - their work was precision with minimum damage to the yard. They work clean and upon city inspection they filled it all in. The cost was very reasonable for all they did. I recommend them and will call them again, if needed.

Thought I had a plumbing emergency and did some research and liked what I saw on True Plumbing's website, so called them. Eric came out literally within about an hour and confirmed I didn't have the issue I thought (we thought we had a slab leak). He also said he wouldn't charge me for the visit. Wow! I work for remarkable Healthcare in Fort Worth. It is hit and miss what you will get when a plumber comes out. I rarely take the time to write a review but I feel compelled to do so now. True Plumbing sent out Steve and I was impressed with his appearance as well as his polite and respectful manner. We thought we had a bigger problem than a stopped up toilet but after he assessed the situation he unstopped the toilet and everything works great. This company is honest and trustworthy.

Things didn't go well at first but the owner made it right! Although they did not diagnose or fix our gas problem it was not because the company can't do it. Unfortunately, it was because the plumbers that came to my house were too lazy to do their job. So I do recommend True Plumbing and would call them again. Hopefully next time the person that comes out will be more thorough.

Great Experience!!!! Call and asked True Pumbing to come out and give me a bid on removal of old bathtub and surround and they came out promptly and on time. They gave me a good price and the guys showed up to do the 6 hour job. I am very pleased with my whole experience. I would recommend these guys and will probably be using them again.

Wonderful plumbers! My water heater went out this winter and plumbers who came to my home made the whole process of replacing and installing a new heater easy and seamless. They were very friendly and professional about their arrival time and cleaned up after the job was done...they even went the extra mile of adjusting my water temperature in my shower the following day after mentioning on the phone after installing the water heater. Would recommend true plumbing to anyone in the need of a professional plumber!!!

Great service! Arrived in no time to my front door. Fixed my hot water leak also fixed the leak with the dishwasher and was in and out in no time. Great customer service. Called True Plumning for a broken shower drain and washer over flow drain. They called 30 mins before arriving, which I liked. Very professional, friendly and listen to what I believed was wrong with the drains. They did excellent work and cleaned up afterwards. Will recommend this company and will call them again.

Excellent! I had a slab leak (yikes!), they found it and fixed it without damaging the house too horribly. What an undertaking. Tunneled about 6 or 8 feet around obstacles, and restored my service in 2 days, and not an unreasonable price considering the excavation required. I got off an airplane coming back from a business trip, and my wife says the whole house is clogged. She can't take a shower, use the restroom, or turn on any water. Imagine her concern. I called (on a Sunday) and True Plumbing answered. Jason Ray came the next day and did a wonderful job. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. NEVER will I call them again because of being dishonest. When you base your business in Christian principles and go against it, that's unethical. A few years ago a Master Plumber at True Plumbing replaced an outside faucet that began to leak due water in it after freezing conditions. We don't use this outdoor spout a lot and when you try to turn it off clockwise, it will turn off then on again. The plumber that gave me a quote said it would by $250 and he would need to open up the wall a little and pull out the faucet more because the other guy that initially installed it should have done that. I thought maybe it was a defective part (of which they installed) and they want to charge me that much?!?! So, they charge me like crazy to fix something they previously did, one plumber talks about the work the Master Plumber did, plus do additional work that does not need to be done. I opted out, called another company and they got it fixed within 10 minutes, without opening up the wall and charged me a small fraction of the price. Oh...and this other company said it was a defective part. I will NEVER use them again.

Have you ever discovered RAW SEWAGE on your front lawn? Ugh. What a nightmare! But Tom from True Plumbing came out and fixed the entire problem, affordably and efficiently, in just a few hours. We recently moved to this area and are so relieved to find a honest plumbing company. We will use True Plumbing every time. Thank you!

Both gentlemen were very professional in manner, they checked out our sewage problem. Took only a short time letting me know to contact the city to complete the line clean out and then they also capped off the drain. I liked their attitude and would let them come back when needed.

This plumber is not what I expected in a CHRISTIAN business man. He did very poor work that had to be redone by a professional plumber. He is a rude! Spiteful and has a horrible temper. His staff is incompetent. I am not sure any of his employees have any type of certifaction! Buyer beware!

They are THE worst! They took forever to come out, they told me 8am to 11am and didn't show up till 6:30pm. And they wanted to charge an obscene amount of money for a very simple faucet installation.

They've repaired my gas pipe leak very quickly and at a reasonable cost. They are great professionals, I will for sure trust them with any future repair I might need.
