Great experience with a real professional outfit. Phil from The Plumbing Company came out and replaced my water heater in and out in 2 hours and disposed of all debris. Brought it completely up to code.

My review Is long overdue! Judy and Chris are the most wonderful people I’ve had to work with, with our plumbing issues since we moved to WG.

We had our washer & dryer situated and hooked up on a weekend, and we really need it since I have my toddler (19 months then) and he was running out of clean clothes! We were running out of clean clothes and everything is still in boxes.

We also used them for when our kitchen sink had problems... on two separate occasions... first, our disposal stopped working and our sink started to clog up. We had a handy man check it and I am glad I called Judy (The Plumbing Compay) before I continue to wait for the 3rd day! We had our sink clogged up for almost two days trying to wait for the handy man to get to it. And baby bottles just can’t wait! So thanks Chris (The Plumbing Company)for getting our sink back to working condition.

Last but not the least! Today I just had under my sink flooded and found out that my faucet was leaking a good amount of water. Judy & Chris came to our rescue again. It would have been pretty costly for us because we have hardwood floors on our kitchen.

Really! You get what you pay for, that is, if you haggle with the price too much you’ll end up with days of unfinished work and more problems. Having found the plumbing company by chance was definitely worth it!

We have used The Plumbing Company for general plumbing issues as well as a full master bath remodel. We are so happy that we have found a company that we trust.

I first found The Plumbing Company after searching Yelp when we had a backed up drain in the garage. Only about two hours later, Chris came out to fix it. Chris is really good about explaining the problem and answering questions. He also offered advice so that the problem doesn’t happen again.

While Chris was there fixing our drain, I mentioned that we had a bathroom that was in need of a remodel and he informed me that their company does that also and they could send over a quote if I’d like.

The quote was very fair and we decided to move forward with them on the remodel. It turned out beautifully! It was a pleasure having Chris and Phil at our house for those few weeks. They were so friendly, patient, and personable. It was a huge bonus that they were also friendly to our dogs which really helps when they were spending so much time here. We felt more than comfortable leaving them the keys to our house when we had to leave for a weekend so they could continue working. They dealt with all subcontractors (who also were great) so that we only had to work with them on payments and scheduling. Judy in the office was always pleasant and easy to talk to if I had any questions.

Chris had told me that they could also do design but I had a floor plan and materials already selected. They offered great advice on my existing plans and had no trouble getting the materials from my chosen vendors but they were always ready with recommendations.

From planning to completion they were amazing! I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have and most definitely for remodels!

Words can't express my gratitude ... My garbage disposal stopped working and I sent a quote and got a voice message telling me they can help me over the phone and may save me the money . I called back and Judy picked up the phone . She is really helpful I ! I told her I did reset the garbage disposal and heard some humming noises . She told me that means the disposal was okay and it was just jammed . All I needed to do was just to use the Allen wrench to turn the screw at the bottom of the disposal to unjam. I tried it with doubt and it really worked !!!! I called Judy back and gave her a big thank you! This is the company I will go back to if I have some real plumbing issue. They are honest, really helpful and thoughtful ! Judy saved my day with her warm call.

Had a emergency leak, they came out the same day. Phil was very patient and explained all our options. I never felt rushed or pressured. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again!

The Plumbing Company was great, they were there when they said the service wonderful and the worker was nice and very courteous.
