Sean completed a variety of repairs on our home including drywall, paint, plumbing, and electrical. He made himself available on very short notice and completed the work on time for a very reasonable price. He was prompt, communicative and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with his work. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with him in the future and would recommend him emphatically.

We use Rick as our bathroom remodeling contractor. He and his crew do a great job and always on time.

I've been using Rick for years both personally and for repairs in my real estate and property management businesses. At my personal residence he has made many minor repairs as well as tearing down a deck and rebuilding it from the ground up. I love that I can send him a list of repairs from either a real estate transaction inspection report or a list of repairs from a tenant or an owner, and he gets all taken care of in a very timely manner and at very reasonable prices. Occasionally, he will tell me that he's not comfortable doing a project, which I appreciate as he usually knows who I should contact for the job.
I've also recommended him to various clients who bought a home and wanted to make changes. I have never heard a negative comment, and I do follow up when I know the job has been completed. My past clients are very happy with Rick.

Rick and Sean did an excellent improving my house. They installed large fans, mounted by 70 inch TV on a wall. They also installed new lights inside and outside of my house. I had them come back and installed two new bathroom vanities. They were professional, on time and efficient. Rick was very personable and knowledgable. Great guys! Reasonable priced! Consistent!

Rick has done several remodels to our home over the last couple of years. His most extensive was a bathroom remodel. He demoed the master bath taking out a shower and bath and replaced it with a dual shower. The shower wall ran the length of the bathroom, 5ft high and stone face outside. Beautiful job. Plumbed it all and picked out the finishing touches for the contours. The details are what completes a masterpiece. I had the overall concept, but the devil is in the details. That is where Rick really comes through. He’s great at helping you work out the textures, colors and finishing touches. He took the time to pick tile and paint swatches to help us out and dissolve the “family feud”. Gave him hazard pay for that :)
He also installed and plumbed out a custom vanity for our bathroom. Installed the custom faucets I ordered and when they didn’t work out as planned, fixed it for me.
He is a beginning to end contractor. That’s where you appreciate his ability to grasp the scope of the effort you’re asking him to bid, and thoroughly walk you through the estimate. He’s prompt, cleans up the work area each day and is patient.
He has access to our home at any time, whether we’re here or not.
He even wrangles our cats into their room before he begins working. Yeah, all that and then some!

We moved into the Leisure World community last November and we had so many things that needed to be replaced or repaired in our new home. It was a bit overwhelming to say the least.
We found Rick quickly through a neighbors kind referral.
It has been incredible working with him over the past several moths. He is incredibly talented, trustworthy, always responds quickly and gets the job done. Our number one Handyman Service for sure! Many thanks to Rick for all he has done for us! Jerry and Linda Fleig.

Tempe Handyman Services (Rick) did a ton of work around our house including plumbing, painting, carpentry and tile work - he did a fantastic job for us at a reasonable cost, not to mention he did most all of the work while we were out of town letting himself in and out of the house, so needless to say he is also beyond trustworthy!

Also, Rick was here when he said he would be here and the job was completed when he said he would be done, which is a hard attribute to find these days in the service industry!!
I would highly recommend Tempe Handyman services and have in fact have referred them to family and friends all of whom have been beyond pleased with the work completed.

Rick has done quite a number of projects around our home. He is extremely reliable and his work is excellent. I would highly recommend him.

Everytime Rick Gulley has worked on a project for me, he has managed it as if he was working on his own home. He comes up with clever ways to complete the project - economically and with professional workmanship - from cabinetry, drywall, painting, to roofing. I wouldn't call anyone else.

We have used Rick and Sean for several projects over the years. This week they responded the next day to replace a hose bib that was leaking and wasting water. They worked in the rain and saved us a lot of money and charges on our water bill.
