I am a repeat customer of Design and Stone. Several years ago, they did our kitchen counter tops and we are now back with home remodel project for our new home purchase. They have installed our cabinets and counter tops for our bathrooms and kitchen and is happy with their work. Our kitchen island is oversized so we purchased our granite slab from third party and Design and Stone had fabricated it. We have worked with Amy, and she was great with designing, and provided a design drawing for all of the areas for approval. We made several changes before the actual install date and Amy was accommodating. Installed on promised date and went smoothly. Good service and price is great as well.

Heather did a great job with the countertops in our remodel. We went with fantasy brown marble & they really came out great. Reasonably priced too. I recommend them!

I’m a contractor and they have always taken good care of me and stood by there work. I’ve bought cabinets and granite from them multiple times.

Do not recommend. The process at first went smoothly enough. Install was supposed to take 1-2 days. Day 1, guy shows up and takes measurements. Day 2 he no-showed. Day 3 he comes and installs and it's an absolute mess. The office had no idea what was happening. They couldn't get a hold of the guy. They schedule for him to come back to fix everything and he no - shows again. Again the office is clueless. They tried to blame my contractor for things. After a week they sent the boss fabricator to come fix this. It takes a whole day and involved them taking a while piece off and replacing it. The seam looks like garbage. What should have taken 1 day took more than a week and a dozen phone calls/texts and 3 days of wasted time waiting. Absolutely a nightmare. I do not recommend this place at all.

I am in love with this company! Their salesman Ryan was on time and gave me a reasonable quote and explained everything.
Installation of my quartz counters was done quickly after I agreed.
Installers were booked for 7 am and they were there at 6:58 am.
My installers (Luis and Jose) were wonderful gentlemen and took pride in their installation. The finished product is perfect and has added so much to my old 1972 Sun City kitchen.
Chloe, the owner, even called me the day before installation to make sure I had arranged for the necessary plumbing and other details.
I would not hesitate to recommend Design & Stone to any of my friends and family.

Design and Stone was a delight to work with. I had the pleasure of dealing with John. He helped me design my small, custom kitchen. He was able to come in much lower than a friend of mine's cabinet shop's cost was! The granite counter tops and cabinets look beautiful. I would certainly use this company in the future. The price was right and the customer service was terrific.

I discovered Design and Stone International by a contractor who recommend them. We were rehabbing a house of ours that had only been used as a rental since we bought it, 11 years ago, so it needed quite a bit of work. It was our intention to move into this house, and downsize a bit, so we wanted it to be nice, but we still had a budget.
We were hoping to be able to just clean and paint the cabinets, and save some money vs. new cabinets. However when we discovered Design and Stone International, both their cabidets and their granite were so affordable, we were able to do new cabinets and granite counter tops all throughout the house. The house looks amazing.
We did hit one bump in the road, where some back splash did not come up as far as we thought it was going to. Amy at Design and Stone just fixed the issue, with no problems. We really appreciated that. Good company to work with, great prices.

Design and Stone provided cabinets and counter tops for three of my rental properties. Their quality and customer service is top notch. They also have the best prices of anyone in the valley! Their cabinets are real wood, no particle board and are priced much lower than any of the big box stores. The owner came out in person to measure and provide a computer-generated design and accurate estimate. She also inspected the work of her crew after the job was done to make sure I was completely satisfied. You can see all their cabinets at their factory show room in Tempe. I have been searching for years to find good kitchen and bathroom cabinets at a reasonable price. I finally found the right place! I worked with Alec. Nice guy. Quick to give a quote. Standard shaker cabinets color off white not available. No financing available, 75% down. Under 20k for Kitchen and both bathrooms, cabinets, quartz, and demo/removal. Qualify seems good: solid maple doors, box is plywood, shelves MDF with veneer.

This place is a total fraud first of all the sales rep didn't call me for two weeks after I called and left five voicemails second of all he lied about the pricing and third his manager called and change the price on me. Needless to say I decided not to go through with the project even though I had to my neighbors they were going to order granite from them as well. Do not do business with this vendor, I gave him multiple chances to earn my business and stay with the original pricing but they change the pricing too many times and they lied over and over and over again do not do business with them I warn you.

OK communication when initially buying our cabinets, but after they we forked over the money it was like pulling teeth to have them send us any info or return our calls. The cabinets are descent quality, but dealing with their office has shown me they are very inept. It was very frustrating.

If you want to work with a place that never returns calls or emails unless pressed 3++ times then call Design&Stone. Thought maybe it was just our sales rep but went to managment and I guess they still don't want to quote us for quartz counters in our kitchen... I guess we got fired because I complained of no response!
