Premier Plumbing

I hired Houston Premiere Plumbing to replace a shower faucet because I was experiencing a leak. I have ceramic tile in my shower therefore they had to knock out a couple of the tiles to replace the shower faucet. When they finished I noticed that my bathtub was chipped in several places that wasn't there before. This was clearly due to the workers not protecting the bathtub before breaking the ceramic tiles. I immediately called to report it and was told that someone would call me back. It's been almost two weeks and no one called. I then called today and again was told that someone would call me back. As the customer, I should haven't to pay for damage caused by the company I hired to do a job.

I would recommend finding another plumbing company -- there are to many better ones out there. This company has a bad reputation not only with clients and our community but reactions from other plumbing companies when I mention them is always negative (I've yet to hear one positive). Several experienced, veteran plumbers have stated they are Not a reputable company and surprised we were using this company for so long. Our community has numerous negative experiences with this company costing us $10s of thousands to repair their work. We now use AAA Plumbing which is the best I’ve found, has an excellent reputation and a well run company.

We originally called AAA plumbers but they wouldn't talk to us until a credit card number was offered. I called Premier mid-day. The next am Chris (not the owner) arrived on time. The job turned into a nightmare due to multiple tree roots. They were wrapped up by 3 pm, which included a break for lunch. I'm glad to have water again to our home.

This company is the worst, avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional and nickels and dimes for everything. If I could give them negative stars I would. They tried to tell me my shower splash was causing a leak in my downstairs neighbors unit and recommended installing splash guards. $187 later... my neighbor and I had to find someone who actually knew what they were doing to fix the actual leak.

We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon, I called Premier Plumbing and left a voice mail. Chris called me back at 10:20 p.m. and was in our house on Sunday at 10:00 a.m..I have never seen anyone work as hard as Chris did to resolve the issue. He was very professional, managed his time and cleaned up.I could not be happier! Thank you Chris, you changed our experience when it comes to plumbing companies.Bill Onorato

Terrible. The phone person was nice when I made the appointment but the service was terrible. We have had a smell coming up from the shower for a week now. The guy comes out and in less than 5 min, without looking anything just says, clean your shower. And charges $105 bucks for a trip charge. Does not see if the trap is dry, does not check the vent. Nothing, just tells me my bathroom is dirty. It is not. Waste of time and over $100. Do no use. I frankly want my money back.

I have used this company for many of my plumbing problems over the years. They are quick and affordable. Their techs are always professional.

It's the most expensive plumbing server I've ever seen. DO NOT use their service
