If you are reading this, DO NOT USE THEM! If your home warranty company assigned them to you, call your home warranty company back and tell them YOU DO NOT WANT SWG plumbing.They are incompetent, rude, and dishonest . Vince was incredibly rude and disrespectful. My first impression was him walking towards me yelling at a co-worker on the phone about how they shouldn't have scheduled my appointment in the afternoon. He complained the entire time he was in my home and spoke to me in a condescending tone. My warranty company assigned SWG to my claims; I voiced my concerns of this company after reading negative reviews online. I can now understand why. Vince would not listen to my problems at hand and lied to my warranty company regarding issues I’ve been dealing with since moving in (that were included on my inspection report at closing) in order to get out of doing the job. Regardless of whether or not my warranty company would pay for my claims, this technician could have treated me with respect and he might have gotten a paying, long-term customer out of this. Instead, I’ll be going to another company. SWG Plumbing needs to take a serious look at your customer service and the people you put on staff to send to your customers’ homes.

This is a worst plumbing company I ever experienced with.This job cover by Home Serve, a contract with Center point energy insurance.This company, SWG plumbing company asked me pay $1250.00 out of pocket to build a safe walk for them on the atic plus $950.00 cover from Home Serve to replace my Hot water Tank.But another company Texas Quality Plumbing company just asked a reasonable cost $199.00 for some new assessors to connect to thenew tank.Technician is frofesional and did an excellent job.It was save me $1050.00 out of pocket

Our warranty company contact this company and they were TERRIBLE UNREAL SERVICE.“Jada” was the worse customer service person that I have ever heard on the phone. This person was UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE and was lacking people skills in every way on talking on the phone. The service rep that sent a text to set a time of arrival was not punctual and when he arrived he didn’t give us time to answer door. He just DROVE OFF. After we reviewed the business reviews we can understand why. DO NOT DO AN BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

If I could submit zero stars, I would. SWG was sent to unclog a bathroom toilet. He tried to go in through the shower drain but couldn't. American Home Shield sent out another company the next day. He had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. The plumber was rude and got mad because I didn't want to pay him 375 to remove the toilet Do. Not. Use. This. Company!

4 visits to attempt to fix my water heater. They were not on time each visit, and on the 4th visit, after leaving me waiting all day, they parked outside my house for 20 minutes before simply leaving.At best, they are incompetent. At worst, this is a scam with my home warranty company.Avoid at all costs. If your home warranty company assigned them to your home, please save yourself trouble and demand a reassignment.

I just got off the phone with the office manager and found her to be unpleasant. Two months ago we had through the home warranty company opened up a ticket to replace a faucet. I was made aware that this had not been taken care of so when I called I was told that they made last contact with us to get approval on the faucet. I spoke with the home owner and she told me the same story that she had told me prior that she got a phone call and was told what faucet she could get and was not given an option and that there would be an additional charge which she approved at that time. The problem I have is that I was told by the office manager it is impossible she spoke with anyone because it is only her and another girl and they did not speak to the owner about the faucet and her tone I found to be rude towards me. I believe the three witnesses who were present during the phone call the owner had about the faucet with someone representing this company and instead of arguing about it it would be more helpful to keep good manners. This office manager may not have spoken with the owner but someone did and someone dropped the ball and all that had to happen was good communication and all could be handled one way or the other. instead i am writing a review because someone had to be rude on the phone and over confident she was right and I was wrong. Not good customer service right there.

Company chose to close up shop in the middle of the night and move a la Baltimore Colts. Came in and emptied out their office spaces, boxed up employee goods and ghosted. No forwarding information, no contact with employees, and a list of unpaid bills. Employees went unpaid for more than a weeks worth of work, and left jobless with no notification. How'd they find out? Showing up to work only to find personal items on the floor and all office equipment removed.If the owner of a business is willing to treat his employees this way, treat the owners of the building he leased space from this way with unpaid rent, and struggling to pay his bills for basic services like phone/internet, how well do you think he's going to treat your home?Avoid like the plague! SWG Plumbing and Mr. Vincent Walker have no business being in business.

Don't waste your money! I called them to come unclog a drain and fix a faucet that was also leaking. After about five minutes they told me that the clog was so deep they would have to cut a hole through my wall to access the pipe and fix it, but to do that they had to make a few phone calls so they went and sat in their truck outside for 15 minutes. Finally they came back in and said no one was answering the phone so they would just leave and call back when a new plan of action was determined. I asked them if they could fix the leaking faucet anyway and they said it would be better to do all the repairs in one shot, so they charged a $75 fee and left my sink looking worse than it was when they arrived.I was so shocked that a clogged sink was going to end up causing such a mess, so I called a different plumbing company instead that came the next day, fixed the problem without tearing down any walls, and even fixed the leak in my faucet all under half an hour. It has been running smoothly ever since.Next time I have plumbing trouble, I would sooner accidentally mess up my whole bathroom by watching plumbing tutorials on YouTube before I even consider calling SWG again. Either way nothing will get done.

Horrible service.... demanded money before work was done... customer service people giving out wrong information that my Home warranty company never stated...Do not use them never gave me a ETA never called before they came just showed up.... please go to another company...waited over 4 days for the appt only for them not to complete the work...

Horrible. I had three toilets that were running. After 4 visits and dealing with their very rude office person I now have two toilets that run. These guys don’t know what they are doing.

Horrible incompetent service. Very young inexperienced workers. They were sent to me by American Home Shield warranty. The workers gave completely inaccurate informaton to the warranty company. Go somewhere else.
