Jake came to our home to repair an outdoor electrical outlet that wasn’t working and also installed an outdoor light fixture for us. Their prices were reasonable and he was very professional and thorough in explaining their pricing system. We received a diagnostic that included a safety inspection of our home which was appreciated. He was a pleasure to work with and we would use Grayson Electrical again.

Grayson Electrical did an exceptional job by replacing my electrical panel and installing new smoke detectors in compliance with the code. They arrived on time, were courteous, and performed a thorough clean-up after finishing the installation. I was impressed by their attention to detail in checking every switch and outlet to label the circuit breakers correctly. Overall, I received great value from their services and would highly recommend them.

Jake was our electrician. He installed a dimmer switch in our dining area, and also removed old light fixtures from our front porch and garage area and then installed new lighting! He was courteous, professional and pleasant. I would request he come back to do electrical work at our house again. He’s definitely an asset to the Grayson Electrical Company!

Jack did an excellent job installing and ensuring our new whole house generator was fully operational. He was very courteous and informative. The whole team was outstanding beginning, took time to answer all our questions and was able to ensure we received a military discount. I would strongly recommend Grayson Electrical to anyone!

Service man was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and timely. He was able to repair our light outage quickly. We had asked other electricians & shown them pictures of lights we were not familiar with & they didn't know what to tell us. Jack went right to work testing switches & asking how we wanted them to work for our needs. We feel we got great value for our money which was very reasonably priced. We would definitely use Grayson Electrical for future needs.

I am impressed with my new air conditioner! Nick, my salesperson, is such a professional in this field. Jack kept my old A/c running at no additional charge while my new unit was on order. I was so grateful for that. Installation day was flawless! I highly recommend Grayson Electrical!

Had an appointment. Never was called and told they had to reschedule even though it was an emergency appt I made. Called and Paula was rude saying they called between 3:15 and 6:15 to tell me that their electrician was on a major commercial call and that the next available appointment was Thursday. But yet I told them I had an emergency that my outlet shot flames and melted the outlet and blew the breaker to that outlet as well as my stove and refrigerator. So yeah don’t use them if you have an emergency. But dependable at all.

Jack arrived on time. He worked up estimates for various future jobs needed. Explained materials and equipment needed & finally troubleshooted some outlet issues. He was polite , efficient and hard working today. Thanks so much!!
