The owner was very nice, and so was the technician , they appear to be very knowledgeable the only complaint i have is i was not charged the rate that i was quoted over the phone, i was quoted $115 an hour over the phone and was actually charged $200 an hour, i don't feel that i should be responsible for the training of an apprentice.

The owner is a great person and even better plumber. They have extensive experience and can handle ALL jobs
