Although our backyard project was smaller than some, we still asked BOTV to do a lot. We had drainage installed with river rock, we had a travertine seating area installed, we had pavers added in 3 locations, three sections of artificial grass installed, block wall installed, irrigation and low voltage wiring run, all topped off with 1 rock.
With this much going on, there were the usual snafus, but I have to say I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! It's hard to pick the area where I was most impressed since every aspect of the job turned out superb, but I will cite the paver work. That crew is amazing! They can put down pavers faster than the material can be brought to where it is needed, and when it comes to making cuts that bring shape and form to the project, they were outstanding!
And one last point: Luis is great to work with! He quoted the job, got things rolling, adapted easily to changes I wanted added or removed, and then was easy to work with when we finalized the scope of work and billing. If we ever move and need landscaping done, Luis is the only one I would call.
