This really left me a sense of trust and ownership from Luis who kept personal contact with me during a good bit of the process, something that I must find in any company that I work with as communication is key. Inspecting, quoting, pre-work, actual work, some road blocks, and re-work Luis and his team were receptive to my requests, kept me updated the entire time for every milestone, and made sure I was pleased with the work every step of the way. I didn't get everything I wanted, but I'm a hard man to please, and this did not deter Luis from making sure I was happy with everything that could be done, and I am very happy with the experience.
