Best Garden Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

MP Landscaping is the best service I have experienced. You can talk to Luis Morales and have a clear understanding of the work that will be done and when. The cost is fair and responsible. We were very happy with the value and quality of work. We had both irrigation/landscaping and hardscaping done. The scheduling was sometimes a little dynamic and overall duration was a little longer than than we had expected but it wasn't really a problem for us, and the excellent workmanship on the hardscaping more than made up for any inconvenience there. We would absolutely use their services again.

The owner, Luis Leyva, came as requested to see exactly what we wanted, offered suggestions and listened to ours. He knows the names, characteristics, and nuances of every plant around as well as what is edible and what’s not! He is a delightful guy who genuinely wants to make everything perfect and his clients happy. He achieved those goals the first visit. Additionally, he has an engineering background and was able to solve our standing water problems and create an amazingly beautiful and low maintenance environment around our home.
He took us to a nursery to select plants and to other suppliers to see the ground lamps, irrigation system components, and to select the pavers we wanted. Never did he push for the most expensive, but always for the most durable and esthetically pleasing.
His teams always showed up on time and were a delight to have on the property. They come prepared and willing to work. Never once did they complain, and anything we asked of them was answered with, “No problem.” One supervisor on site said with modesty, “Yes, we are the Best of The Valley.” So true.
Our home has been magically transformed! Thanks to all of you!

We have both the front and back yard that needs maintenance and this company is always on time and always in and out in less than 30 minutes. They do an amazing job every time. The photos are from 3 days after they came. Our yard was really messed up from the last landscaper we used but they provided us with professional advice and everything has been growing according to what they said. Very happy with this service and highly recommend to everyone.

Asked for bid on normal size house with average yard clean up...$1600, 4 guys for 8 hours.....said if it takes less than 8 hours, still going to be $1600...to weed and trim and rake. I don’t know about you but I sure don’t pay people who charge for an 8 hour day but then add disclaimer that it could be less than 8 hours but still full day charged......also, he wants prepayment for his jobs and for maintenance work. That, I believe, is illegal to ask for in CA. Just thought I’d share what I found out when I asked for an estimate. Sounds very fishy to me

Do not work here. Its a scam working here. I don't know how he gets away with the way he runs his business but i advise you don't work here.

This has been my best experience to date for a good sized landscaping project. Adam and his team swept in like a tornado, re-graded my side yard / added a long raised planter / new BBQ pad / paver patio & walkway. They are great to work with, excellent knowledge and suggestions.

Do not use this company. Constant and never ending screw ups, unresponsive owner, lack of care in their work. Check their yelp reviews and avoid at all costs.
