Great service! We locked ourselves out of our house; in the heat! Mordy came and rescued us in no time; replaced the locks for a great price and made sure we were happy before leaving! Hopefully we don't need to use a lock smith again but this would definitely be the company we would call!

Attended at short notice over the weekend and sorted out the issue. Technician was polite and very efficient.

I ordered three keys and one didn't work it was too big but that's to be had. But I kindly informed customer service of my issue, and they reply back promptly within the given time. My issue was addressed through email with a personable response, and concluded a refund would be the best solution. I'm happy to say that I'm planning on using them once again and try with my key fob for my car and see how that works out but all in all great job.

Keys were perfect. Took a little longer than the machines at hardware stores but sometimes those copies don’t work. Excellent service!

The first key works great but the 2nd key does not work at all it's to a different door how do I get it redone?

Buyer beware! KeyMe is outsourcing calls to terrible 3rd party locksmith companies. I called KeyMe and unbeknownst to me, Keyme outsourced me to a 3rd party service. After the service was complete, the locksmith charged me $220 for 5 minutes of work to drill out my door handle. They did not have another door handle to replace the drilled handle and he did not clean up the mess. He did not send me an invoice as promised. For that price, I should of driven to home Depot and bought the best cordless drill and done it myself. I feel completely taken advantage of. It's a shame there are companies out there like this. Next time I will ask more questions up front.

It was a pretty good experience, the locksmith came out and fixed my front door lock. But the 70 dollar service fee felt like robbery.
