This company is not registered under the BBB. Had a issue with their service. Asked to speak to their management - Called 2 x , and never got a response.. Find another service that is legit. This business does not know what customer service means.

The locksmith was able to fix my lock in less than 15 minutes! I had been trying for days to get this fixed myself but couldn't figure out how to do it right so I called Yale KeyExpress and they were able to come out right away!

If you find your key while they are on the way you might as well throw it away because they are going to charge you $100. anyways
