We were given a consultation on t status of all our locks and provided options and timely service. made multiple trips over t course of t week to get all of t work done and even came by on t weekend wn normally isn't working. Recently bought a car from the dealer and didn’t realize the emergency keys weren’t cut. They wanted to charge typical dealership prices to cut them, but Charles was waaaaaaay more affordable. He made brand new keys without having an original to copy and was extremely fast and affordable. I will always use him going forward.

They were able to come out to my house, replace my deadbolt and replace my keys in less than an hour, and then they even came back a second time to make sure the new locks worked properly. I have already recommended them to another friend who is looking into getting locks changed at her house too!

We were contacted right away. They were able to come fix the lock within a couple hours. The lock was fixed in about half hour and price was reasonable considering all the work they had to do putting the entire thing back together.
