The technician arrived a little earlier than scheduled, which was really great. He was very friendly and showed that he cared about his work and the system that he was installing. The installation of all equipment was very neatly done. Once the installation was done he took the time to walk me through how to download the apps on my phone, and he helped me setup whatever I needed on the system. Any questions that I had were answered and when he left I felt very good about making the decision to go with CopperStar Security.
