Keys work but come out of the machine a lot of metal debris still attached. They need to be sanded down to remove the loose metal.

I misplaced my unique automobile key fob. We looked up the cost of a new fob at the dealership. Dealership was extremely expensive in addition to the cost of towing the car there. Googled AZ Locksmith and found them. When we called, they promptly picked up the phone. They arrived to my house so there was no need for towing AND they were less expensive than the dealership! very cordial Strongly recommended!

Expect Long lines in the evening

Gave me a key that wouldn't work. Had to have a key made manually. No way to get refund.

I gave it three stars for convenience and ease of use. The key was not cut correctly. This is the second time that is had happened. To make sure that I was following the steps that were given, I canceled the process and reinserted the key. I felt confident that it was in and secure, when I got home to try it, which was in the middle of the night I realized that it wasn't cut right. I had file it down the first set of keys from this machine. Cool idea, just has some bugs to work out in my opinion.

Drove here on my lunch with limited time because it was marked as open but I get there and the machine was shut off because it wasn’t working. Waste of time. Please update open hours accordingly if you care about your customers
