The work was done quickly and efficiently and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a locksmith.

He came out on Easter Sunday, was on-site in under 30 minutes. My wife needed a chipped key for her truck, and he got ot done. Price point was lower than expected. I hope we don't need his services again, but will call him first when we inevitably do.

Gave me a key that wouldn't work. Had to have a key made manually. No way to get refund.

I gave it three stars for convenience and ease of use. The key was not cut correctly. This is the second time that is had happened. To make sure that I was following the steps that were given, I canceled the process and reinserted the key. I felt confident that it was in and secure, when I got home to try it, which was in the middle of the night I realized that it wasn't cut right. I had file it down the first set of keys from this machine. Cool idea, just has some bugs to work out in my opinion.

The credit card chip reader wasn't working when I went, I had to leave without getting my key copied. I tried many many times in different ways without success. If you have a card that doesn't have a chip you can still swipe it to pay. I don't know how cash would work since you need to do the exact amount but the machine doesn't accept coins and my total was $6.52 or something like that.
