These folks come highly recommended. For my 2004 Mercedes, I need the cutting of a new metal key blade. My estimate from AutoLocks in Sidcup was £90, which I felt was a bit excessive. Through eBay, I discovered Express Keys, so I went there to see if they might assist. While I waited, a new blade was cut and fitted for pennies in comparison to the quote above! Great experience with Yale KeyExpress. They were able to come the same day I called (which was really nice), and they were able to get me in to see the locksmith who would be helping me. They were very friendly, and took time to explain what they were doing and why. They also walked me through some of their best practices for maintaining the security of your home, which was really helpful! I highly recommend this company for any locksmith needs you have!

After a year of suffering with it since the dealership was charging me $400, I took advantage and received a wonderful discount on the programming of the key fob to my car. I had a very bad experience with the technician from Argo Lock and Security. He was in the neighborhood earlier for other jobs and was not patient to wait for our scheduled appointment at 3-5 pm. I was working in the morning and attending a meeting when he suddenly called me around 10 am telling me that he would like to stop by now. And then at 2:30 pm ahead of our appointment he texted and said that he is already there. Due to Friday traffic and I could not get a Lyft in time, I told him that I am running late but rushing there, he cancel our appointment, charged us $75 and marked our rekey job completed without doing the job. I called the company to explain and they sent me to the insurance company. This is the worst service I got since we came to Arizona and prompted me to write this review.

We were contacted right away. They were able to come fix the lock within a couple hours. The lock was fixed in about half hour and price was reasonable considering all the work they had to do putting the entire thing back together.

Sitton came out to unlock my sons car early this morning. He was going to be late for work but the technician John arrived within 15 minutes of placing the call. He opened the car quickly without making damage and disabled the alarm. He asked if I had a spare key and I said no, so he offered to cut me a spare so that this doesn't happen again in the future.
