This company is a great facility! The young guy/owner that assisted us was awesome!

Very nice and accommodating people. Highly recommended!! They also usually have a motorcycle trailer to rent for $25 for a day, and the make Harley keys!!

He came as promised installed the locks, didn't program and took our original locks w the promise if us needing them he would bring them back.

2 of the licks wouldn't program so we had to return them but didn't havee anything to put pack on. We called him a couple times and he never responded

We also only received 2 keys for 4 locks

Recently we received the 2 new locks to replace, called another company that was a bit cheaper and he programmed them

While the keys didn't unlock the lock, the rapid & easy refund process was appreciated. And I will try again!

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

Kind of tricky with the pricing. When I put in too expensive, then you offered a half price discount when the initial price I looked at was the half off price.

Chevy SS two spare keys for a good price, especially when keys were stolen and Nathan pick me up and drove me to the airport to get the keys done.

I LOVE KEYME! I was actually dredding going to look for somewhere to copy my house key. Then, while at the kiosk I realized that I coukd make a sticker of my key fob which is so much easier because now I don't have to take my huge keychain out of my bag, it's much easier since I pasted it on the back of my phone! Great service and I am so pleased! Keep it up!!

I didn't give 5 stars because I thought I would receive keys at kiosk. They are a bit stiff, but with use they will be fine.

this service is outstanding. I called them two weeks ago with a lock issue and they were very honest, sending me a technician that got here on time, and the price was good

Total criminals. Called for a local locksmith to come out and open a truck door with no power locks and windows. They charge me a $170 to open with one airbag pump. When I asked the technician on site he said he did not set the prices, I called the headquarters and they told me the technician is the one that sets the price when he goes out. These people are crooks. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.
