I must have caught these guys on a bad day. Other people seem to have good things to say about them. Here's my experience.

I needed to have some keys made for a lock in a cash register at my shop. When I visited Pro-Lock & Safe, I was told it would take about an hour to make keys. I returned a little more than an hour later only to find that the front door was locked, and the lights had been turned off.

I waited around for about 20 minutes before someone showed up to re-open. When I went inside he gladly charged me full price - $18 for 2 keys. The price seemed high to me. But the shocker came when I returned to my shop, re-installed the lock, and discovered that only 1 of the 2 keys actually worked.

Like I said, it seems like people like this place, but I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

Very clean key cut. I think the price was kinda high but you buy 2 you get the 3rd free, so I Just did that.

My father had left his car keys in the ignition and locked himself out. He called me to get him a locksmith as soon as I could. The locksmith masters of laveen was there soon after and started to work. Before long, my father got his problem solved. He also made a spare for my father, who gladly paid him a reasonable fee for the work.

Went to Fry's to have my car key copied and it wasn't compatible with the machine. They claim to be up to 66% cheaper than dealership replacements. They called me this morning with a quote and it was something along the lines of $260. They seemed taken aback when I said I didn't want to make an appointment and said that it would cost me $400-500 at the dealership. Called the dealership afterwards and it'll cost $117 there. KeyMe is a rip off.
