Best Homes Removing in Phoenix AZ

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to wasting our time. We have a 7’ max Mexican Fan palm that died. I even said that to customer service before scheduling the estimate. The guy who came out was on time and very nice. Then he chuckled as he told me that there was a $400 minimum charge. He seemed to know that there was zero chance I was paying that. I asked him why they would even bother with the estimate, knowing that it would not meet the minimum? He said so they can come out and see if we would have them do more work. Being from the Midwest where customer/business relationships actually matter, I am once again let down by businesses here in Arizona. This company might help you very well if you have bigger jobs, but apparently my job is too small for them to waste their time. They must have money coming out of their ears to turn away business.
