Kris came in and made recommendations about trimming and fertilizing. Kris & his coworker pruned with attention to the percentage they removed and fertilized appropriately for each tree. It seemed like our trees were instantly happier. There were several trees we thought we may lose. Kris has a wait and see attitude. He doesn't rush in to remove a tree and plant a new one. Three months later and the trees are in a much better state. Kris does not try to oversell you. He actually cares about each tree. It's a true doctor, patient relationship.
