Kris did fantastic jobs for us! We have used his services to remove a huge diseased tree in our front yard and this winter trimmed the canopy of our enormous pecan tree in our back yard. Having a professional arborist is the only way to go. Kris corrected mistakes others had made from previous trim jobs. Kris is very safety oriented, cut up logs for our fireplace and even stacked the wood for us! His clean up was perfect and hauled everything away. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for this efficient, knowledgeable arborist!

We were told by other companies that most of our trees were beyond saving, so we decided to have them removed and go with desert landscaping. A friend mentioned Branch Management, and how they saved a 100 year old oak for her, so I gave them a call. Needless to say, ALL 46 of our trees, including the walnut and citrus are THRIVING today, 2 years later! These guys know their stuff, and their customer service goes above and beyond! Thank You again guys, you stopped us from making a huge, costly mistake!

Phoenix Trim a Tree did an amazing job on my chinese elm in my backyard. In addition, they were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Steven ensured that all branches which entered neighbors yards were removed and did not fail to answer any questions I had. Well worth the money paid and I would gladly use their services again!

My husband and I have used this company several times to have trees trimmed and removed. The estimates that were provided were priced great and at a much better rate than some of the other companies we requested estimates from. The owner gave us his advice as to how we should handle the our tree situations and even recommended us taking a cheaper course of action as opposed to a more expensive one. He is also a certified arborist who was able to assess issues with our trees. The crew preforming the work has always been respectful and has left our property immaculate once the job has been completed. The work performed exceeded my expectations and left my property looking amazing. I would highly recommend this company.

Last night’s storm uprooted a large mesquite tree in our backyard. Encouraged by the great reviews, I called Juan at 8:40pm to ask for help. He was very professional and nice and assured me he would be out the next afternoon to assess the situation. Said he would call when he was on the way.

Fast forward to today. No show. No call. Voicemail box full. No reply to text.

I get it. The storm took down a lot of trees. He was busy like every other tree service. No show. No call. No reply to text. No customer service. No good. No stars if I could.

I reached out to three (3) different companies for a quote on what was a long-overdue and pretty messy yard project which I needed done right away. Moe was the first one to respond immediately, was very friendly, courteous, professional, gave me a rough estimate, and was more than willing to work around my work schedule. Between the time we talked to set the appointment up through the moment he showed up at the appointed time, he kept me apprised of his ETA and was consistently communicative. I walked him through what I wanted done and he was extremely attentive (I knew he was actually LISTENING and paying attention instead of just nodding along but not really listening like others I've used before) and he went on to tell me what else he would be doing to ensure what I wanted done was executed in the most efficient manner to avoid my yard getting back to the state it was. I came out twice just to make sure he was okay and to see if he had any questions or if there were any issues he encountered and he proceeded to apprise me of what he had done thus far and what else needed to be done. When he was finished, I was completely blown away by what a wonderful job he had done - he went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. He is such a thoroughly friendly, humble and super-hardworking guy. Down to earth and exceedingly professional at the same time. I won't be using anyone else's services anymore. I'm sticking with Moe and what I now know I can expect to be superior work at a beyond reasonable fee. If you're like me and just never found the right person to stick with and trust with your home, please reach out to Moe and let him show you what he can do for you. I was beyond pleasantly surprised! Been using the palm trimming service 2 times a year the past 2 years. Also had 3 palms totally skinned recently - trees look amazing and are safer for maintain. Pricing value is good, team is on time, works efficiently and always cleans up the area well after.
