Horrible experience. I only gave 1 star for the manager Scott who is professional. The cleaner Alexis didn’t clean the kitchen floor, sink, microwave. and left it filled with grease. that was included in the cleaning service. Would not recommend this to anyone. Stay away. They send their worst cleaner if you buy with groupon

I have worked with Bright Spot for over a year now at my gym and they have been vital to our operations. I meet with the team leader every week and we get a to do list together that always is executed to my expectations within a timely fashion. Their management has been great to work with as well. I communicate with Andy every couple months to check in on how things are going and if he can help out in any way. Elizabeth and Premium Custodian Services has been the best cleaning service we have ever had. We have been through several of them but they are hands down the best. Their service is top notch and their cleaning is even better. They show pictures and communicate very well on anything that needs to be addressed. We are 100% happy with them and will never switch! Best around for sure!

BEWARE. They install a salt system that remains theirs. If you decide to move on, they will come and remove it or allow you to buy it. Our unit is 6 years old and they want to charge over $550 for me to keep it. Mind you, that system is already out of warranty. Do not trust them when you talk to them. Our pool went green this spring and spoke with a manager. He assured me they would be doing spot checks on the technician. 6 weeks later, the pool was green again only 2 days after he'd been out to our place for the service. When I called, there was ZERO documentation that spot checks were happening. When I expressed my frustration, I was told they cannot babysit all of their technicians. Looks like they need to babysit the managers as well. Don't even start with them, you'll live to regret it.

Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
