JESSICA FROM HR/PAYROLL horrible Costumer Service! I work for a property management, Trying to get Employment Verification for one of the employees this lady had the nerve to call us and tell us in a VERY DISRESPECTFUL WAY to stop faxing that request over, I had sent it a couple of times due to no response and IF SHE WOULD OF RESPONDED AT A GOOD TIME MANNER i would of not sent that several of times. I get this company has 500 employees There could be 2,000 ITS YOUR JOB TO RESPOND to this request!!! and if Jessica was just passing over this message to me then This goes out to the whole team, If you can't handle your work I suggest a different job, The way she called and spoke to me was not professional at allllll, i don't know who hired her, she needs to be talked too

I recommend Valleywide dig and haul. I hired them to clear land, dig foundation, drainage, utilities, and do final grading. They were hardworking, honest, and got everything done on time. Communication was excellent throughout the project.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
