Our company just used Penhall for a last minute project to core some concrete and cut a square in a floor for a sump pump. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my initial call to the sales representative to dispatch, to the technicians that came out and performed the work. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and fast. I e-mailed this company for an estimate on a driveway extension. The owner (or representative?), Edwin, responded, and we set up a time for him to come to our house to provide an estimate. He cancelled the appointment 1 hour before he was due to arrive on the first day, then no-showed on the following day. I rearranged my schedule twice for him, only to be stood up both times. Shoddy customer service.
