Our company just used Penhall for a last minute project to core some concrete and cut a square in a floor for a sump pump. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From my initial call to the sales representative to dispatch, to the technicians that came out and performed the work. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and fast. When another company botched our driveway, these guys came to the rescue. Their promptness, professionalism, and ease of work were commendable. They even finished ahead of schedule! We are thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend them to anyone.

We had Paradise Concrete fabricate a fireplace hearth and kitchen island concrete top about a year ago. The fireplace hearth turned out beautiful. The kitchen island however is the complete opposite. There are patterns on the top that make the top look like 3 sections were fabricated. Plus, Paradise Concrete made it it in the wrong color. I've tried to reach out several times to Hannah to replace the top, which she said she would after a site visit. It's been 4 months since then, nearly 8 months since the work has been done, and she is no longer responding. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled, and even though the hearth came out beautiful, I could not recommend Paradise Concrete based on their follow up. We basically paid for an island top that isn't what we wanted and she has done nothing about it.
