Ghaster Painting painted the exterior of house in 2014. They were very thorough in the bidding process, and gave me a complete and exact estimate of timeline and costs 24 hours after coming to my house initially. Once we agreed to move forward, they finished the job in 4 days.

I don't typically take the time to write testimonials but my experience with AZ House Painter has been so positive that I am prompted to do so. Being a widow I usually have a long list of small home projects. I was worried that those nay be too small jobs for him but he assured me that he can handle both, big and small. So I had him to paint my garage door, restore and side garage door, fix and replace some trim, paint a bathroom, and fix a bunch of smaller things.
At every step he was showing professionalism, was prompt and efficient.

I have used Marcel Painting on several occasion for several different types of projects. Each experience has been exceptional from the perspective of quality of work, professionalism of the painting staff, and knowledge and sales approach by their sales team. I am in sales myself, so I can really appreciate when a company gets it as it pertains to the sales process. I really feel that every time I work with Marcel, they look at partnering with their customers so it's much more of a consultative approach than a hard sell. They have actually suggested some other ideas outside of my vision of a project and in the end, the final result was better than I initially imagined. This is saying a lot, because my experience with other local painting companies has not been so good. Most of the companies in which I received estimates from were far from professional and usually a one to two man operation. Most of the other companies either didn't show up on time, showed up in apparel I would expect to see in a homeless shelter, or presented their abilities leaving me feeling anything but confident in their abilities to get the job done right. Finding good contractors in AZ can sometimes be a daunting task, so I feel compelled to let others know that there are still good companies out there.

John and his Son do an amazing job! They came last week to touch up our chimney that had started to flake a couple Years after the original job. They ended up completely stripping, re-priming and painting the entire chimney hood. Not only did they do an amazing job, they bought me a gallon of paint and did the whole job for FREE! He wouldn’t even let me pay him for the work… I would recommend John to anyone and I am so happy to finally have a painter that goes the extra mile! Ok job on the painting but took the job and said 2-3 days but then didnt have any employees so had to do job alone and took 5 days then I had to remove alot of tape and I have all rock around the house and there was masking tape garbage all over I had to clean up. It has been months now and he wont respond to my texts. I need a final receipt for tax purposes and he cant seem to give me one. VERY unprofessional guy.saved a few bucks but you only get what you pay for.
