I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.

Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

Very professional, prompt, and focused on doing quality work. They were very clean, and paid careful attention to make sure the surrounding areas were covered. They made the entire tiling experience easy and stress free!

We had some termite damage on our engineered hardwood floor. I called over a dozen flooring companies and was told they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have any spare planks available for the repair. And no one was willing to try to find a similar product to match. Then I called John. Not only was he incredibly friendly, he told me he thought he could help find a similar product. I sent him a photo of the damage and the next day he had material on order for the repair. He continued to follow up with me throughout the week to let me know the order was on its way and when I could expect the repair. His team arrived on time, made the repair in under an hour, and were so professional. You would never guess this was a “matched” product as it looks nearly identical to the rest of the flooring. My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

My wife and I were stuck without a kitchen floor after a pipe burst under our sink. The folks at Arizona Hardwood were great throughout the whole process of getting our kitchen back together. They helped us pick out a great wood floor that didn't bust our wallet. They assisted with the insurance quote, worked with our schedules, and coordinated work seamlessly with all the other contractors. They always showed up on time, and best of all, they did excellent work. Our new floor looks great!

We Purchased our home with an already installed epoxy system from another contractor.
There were a few spots damaged - That really bothered us.
The original company was not Responsive.
We contacted Eric with First Class Coatings and he asked us to send over some photos of the damaged areas. He called us back and said he can match and fix the areas.
Eric also stated - That they normally do not do repair work on other floors.
Eric scheduled a time and fixed the repair - For no charge-to my surprise...
The color was spot on , and we no longer have to look at an ugly garage ..
We couldn't be more pleased.. 10 stars.. ..

The gentleman at Arizona Home Floors were extremely professional, polite, patient with my questions and worked very hard to make sure they could meet my needs. Even though I had an unforseen financial challenge and ended up having to do the work myself I'd highly recommend them for their customer service alone. Thank you for such a positive experience!

We asked Edgar to demo tile flooring and replace with concrete overlay before moving into our newly purchased home. Only a three week window was available and he and his team realy worked hard to get the job done for us. Extremely responsive, professional and caring to our needs.
They then did a great job on recoating the pool deck and yet another team ( Eric and Fransisco) tiled two showers and they came out absolutely beautiful!
Thank you so much for all you did and for a most pleasant experience. We already have two more projects lined up and are looking forward to the results! We would highly recommend Sun Valley Flooring Specialists to anyone for a variety of projects.
