Best Wood Floor Staining in Phoenix AZ

Just had a great experience with ABS. The carpet looks beautiful. Great selection, good quality, fair prices superior service. They took great care to come to my house, and guide me to the right products for my situation. They delivered what they promised when they promised in a clean and efficient fashion. Fantastic installer . Highly recommend ABS!

One of the better experiences I had when finding remodeling contractors. John was very involved and remarkable commitment to quality service. The rustic floor that I was aiming for, John knocked out of the park. The investment was worth it and makes my whole interior have that high-end feel/look.

I used Alan’s Flooring to install slate tile flooring and engineered wood in my home, and to replace baseboards. I’m glad I did. Alan is very responsive and meticulous in his work. It all came out looking beautifully. He offered the best value of any of the other contractors who bid on the job. If I had any constructive feedback it would be that the cleanup seemed a bit rushed and could have been a little more thorough. However I would use Alan again and have recommended him to other people.

I have never been one to write a review on a business but after hiring Vinnie and the crew to do my floors, I felt like it was necessary. I have very old floors (1920) and I was a little nervous about the work being done by someone without expertise in this area. After talking with 5 companies, I realized that Royal was the company that seemed to have the best knowledge, understanding and service. The floors look amazing. So shiny you could see your reflection. They look as good a today 10 months later.

Although the floors look incredible, what really motivated me to write a review was the service. Ten months after the job was complete, I was having difficulty with the trap door to the crawl space. It was stuck due to the swelling of the wood. I gave Royal a call and within a day, Vinnie was over at my house working on the problem. Now that is service! He was able to fix it and refused any payment.

If you are looking to have your floors redone, Royal is the only number you'll need.

Daniel is one of the best contractors I've ever had to work with. After doing some research on hiring a qualified person, I stumbled upon Daniel. He was highly recommended by one of my clients. The price was unbeatable and the quality of the work was extraordinary. He did a full remodel of my house, from wood floors, built in showers, to cabinets, quarts countertops and painting. I don't understand why businesses which advertise on vehicle's decide to drive with no consideration for other motorists. On Tuesday, October 6th in the afternoon I was driving to Del Webb hospital where I work and was completely cut-off by this company's truck. Why drive like a maniac ? I hope no one gives this company any business. Drive considerate!
