I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I used Alan’s Flooring to install slate tile flooring and engineered wood in my home, and to replace baseboards. I’m glad I did. Alan is very responsive and meticulous in his work. It all came out looking beautifully. He offered the best value of any of the other contractors who bid on the job. If I had any constructive feedback it would be that the cleanup seemed a bit rushed and could have been a little more thorough. However I would use Alan again and have recommended him to other people.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Nick who actually made arrangements for his crew to come that same day! Nick explained the Dust Free process that they use and I have to say I was a bit skeptical. However when his crew showed up 2 hours later I was amazed. They resurfaced my entire kitchen and bathroom floor and there was NO DUST! The did an amazing job for a very very reasonable price, and left my entire home broom clean like they were never there! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering tile removal.
