Denis and Adriatic Flooring did a fantastic job on my floors. They came out gave me a quote and stuck to it. I had tile in most of the house along with some carpet. They ripped out the tile, old baseboards, and carpet and disposed of them. They prepped the floors to make sure they were even and cracks were sealed. Each area in the house had settling cracks in the cement pad. They installed luxury vinyl planks which look and feel like real wood but they're waterproof. They were able to install it throughout the entire house, over 1600 sq feet without using transition strips. They recommended and installed new baseboards as well which look great. There are no issues whatsoever, everything is flat, even, and looks great. They did there work back in May of 2019, almost a year later and everything looks brand new. They even called to follow up and make sure everything was still in good shape and that I'm happy with everything. I highly recommend them.
