We went here to pick out some tile and get a quote for a backsplash installation for our kitchen. When we arrived the only people inside was a lady and her two kids who appeared to be hired to clean up the store. After ten minutes of waiting for someone to come out and help us, we walked to the back of the store to find the woman working coming from outside in the back of the building. Once the woman did come in, we explained what we were looking for and asked her if she could show us some tiles and give us a quote, Joni had no idea where the color of tiles we wanted were found, she appeared unorganized, confused and uninterested in helping us. She suggested that we email her and she would put together a quote. We emailed her all the information and she did not respond to any of our emails. This place deserves no stars, they are unorganized, unprofessional and have terrible customer service.

We were worried about doing a tile remodel. I’d seen some awful tile jobs in friends homes and was worried I’d wind up with something that made me crazy after spending big money. I asked him 1001 questions, he was so knowledgeable it gave me the confidence to chose him. I made the right decision, in a big way. Tony worked with me to schedule the job, he and his crew arrived on time. His crew were so professional, so accommodating and made sure I always had some access during the job. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything as they worked. They were concerned for my comfort as well. It was like working with family honestly. The result exceeded our best expectations. Every detail done to perfection just as we wanted. We’ve included a couple of before pictures of the old tile and the extensive repairs needed to the slab and of course the spectacularly beautiful result. The team repaired the slab as well as installed the tile. Tony was one of the few installers who gave us a solid written estimate, he also did not charge to come out to give the estimate. The job was charged as written, no ‘surprises’. We were confident we were working with professionals. We were very comfortable having the crew in our home. If you are wringing your hands about who to choose - don’t - just call Tony, you won’t regret it. A last note, beware the low ballers they promise a low price and then ‘discover’ things to upcharge during the job, this happened to two coworkers who lived to regret their choice. Choose Tony you’ll wind up with value and quality done on time and as promised.

The installer was very professional, he was on time every day, and he takes great pride in his work! He always make sure my wife and I was satisfied before he moved on to the next phase. I constantly got calls, texts, or emails from all upper management staff asking if things were okay or if we needed to give them any feedback or had any concerns. They always kept all lines of communication open and was quick to address anything that needed to be addressed. The sales rep who came to our home also was very professional very courteous went over everything and complete detailed and double-check to make sure that the services that were going to be performed where exactly to our specification. Most importantly they gave us very very fair pricing.

This company and the people who run it are amazing. Very personable, listened to everything I asked for, from changes to little tweaks, and delivered exactly what I wanted. My kitchen looks amazing. I'm very pleased.
