I had an emergency floor project i needed to do today, a repair on a floor I had already done, but needed some problems solved. I contacted Eric this morning and he texted back promptly, was totally happy to help me, and I not only had the products i needed, but some incredibly helpful advice, and expert tips by early afternoon. I am so very grateful for Eric's willingness to help, and his wealth of knowledge.
