Heath just completed a 3 step process to refinish my hardwood floors that were discolored by the sun. 14 years of sun damage completely gone. The floor looks brand new. The team members were very responsive and communicative. They always provided us with the information we needed to make our decision on the flooring material that we wanted to install on our property. The installation process went smoothly and efficiently as well!

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. Hernan and his crew are professional, friendly, and pay a great deal of attention to quality detail work. We always call Hernan for our tile and stonework needs.

Been trying to get a bid on a counter top for almost 2 weeks. Sarah does not return my calls after continually waiting. Twice she said she would call back within the hour and she has not called. Again today, She said she had a bad connection, and would call me right back on her landline phone. 1 hour later, I tried back. No answer and the mailbox is full. I have totally wasted my time with these people!
