At first the gentleman helping was very attentive but it would have been nice to give us some space while we were looking instead of hovering. He did let us take a sample to a possible home that we were looking at which was nice. When I dropped off the samples no one was directly at the front desk so I dropped them off and walked to my car. A very tall gentleman stopped me from backing out and aggressively asked what my last name was, who was helping me and if anything worked. It was very intrusive and borderline scary as a single female. I understand that the sales people are payed off commission and he made it very clear to me, but they need to work on respecting guests personal space and having a nice demeanor when talking to them.

Nothing but good things to say about the experience. Nik communicated clearly throughout the project, visited the house regularly to check on the status and address any concerns I had. No surprises with the cost or timeframe. Exactly how you hope a contractor will conduct themselves.

Great company! Quick response from receiving the quote to scheduling and definitely with work being done. They redid all the flooring in the our home in a week (including taking out old flooring) and came out amazing. Definitely would refer them to anyone and look forward to doing more business when we redo our showers.
