First Class Coatings did an amazing job with the Epoxy floor for my old house garage. The company is run by Eric, who is very honest and straightforward. I wanted the job to be done as soon as possible since I needed to put the old house on the market for rent. So I called Eric and he got back in an hour. Throughout the process, Eric was very professional. The quality of work was exceptional and he delivered what he promised. He kindly emailed me pictures of how to clean the floor after the coating was done and how to install the floor mats to minimize cleaning. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who require garage floor coating.

Talk about great customer service! American Epoxy Arizona went far beyond my expectations. I was in the market to get my two car garage floor epoxied and my biggest hurdle was finding someone that would be willing to work around my busy schedule. I contacted American Epoxy, explained to them what I had in mind and asked about their availability. They were more than willing to meet with me during the weekend to provide an estimate and explain to me my options and how the process would go. Adam, the master installer, seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Decided to give them a chance and I’m very glad I did. The floor came out amazing! Pictures don’t do the work justice, and everyone that has seen pictures of the work has been impressed! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their garage floor done!

UPDATE - June 10, 2020. Robert from Smart Systems Plus responded to my review and scheduled time to come out and look at the cabinets. He immediately scheduled the repairs and completed them per the schedule we discussed. He gave me his direct line and all is fixed and he promised quality service moving forward. MUCH APPRECIATED Robert.I purchased garage cabinets in July of 2018 and was very happy when they installed my cabinets. On October 18th I notified them that the laminate was peeling off on 3 of the doors. After multiple emails and voicemails they finally fixed the doors in January 2019. UNACCEPTABLE Then on April 13th of 2020 I noticed another door peeling back. Sent an email on that day and now it is May 26th and after multiple voicemails and emails still no response. On my last 3 voicemails and emails I told them I would regret writing reviews but still no response. This company obviously only cares about future customers, not customers that need support. I would recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
