Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! Robert and his team completed the work on time and with the greatest care I have experienced. The initial estimate provided some thoughtful guidance by Robert based on his experience and I am fortunate to have listened to him. The installation began on time and finished on time. The garage floor was beyond our expectations and cured beautifully.It is not often that you get a busy contractor to give you a prefect estimate that he sticks to and then he arrives and completes the work on days he told he would!

I had a horrible time in your Tempe location. I ask the guy to help me reimagine my space. He couldn’t walk me through options. He told me I need to know what I want and was more interested in helping the next customer. He did not take the time to walk me through options. Told me to just walk around the store. He was impatient, insensitive and horrible. My home is unexpectedly under siege after a water leak we are living displaced and forced to make a whole bathroom kitchen renovation over night due to damages. And it tested positive for asbestos. It is stressful enough. To go in and have someone so rude was the icing on the cake. I took the time to take exact measurements and drew out of my pantry, kitchen and dining space to bring in hoping for ideas, concepts and possibilities. What a crushing disappointment.
